Lovely hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Lovely hotel tucked away from the main centre. Beautiful views and spacious rooms. However, if you book a pool side room, the size is smaller which feels tight for a family of 4. Although reception area AC is good, the rooms took a long time to cool down. This can get quite uncomfortable on hot days and must be addressed by the hotel.

Luxury setting with a superb outlook, dining the weak link

Beautiful hotel with genuinely stunning panoramic views from our sea view room. The balcony alone was worth the booking, and the pools were surprisingly quiet even at peak season. Special mention to Oscar, who spotted us struggling with our cases and carried them up to the room, then gave us directions down to the beach. That kind of help makes a difference when you arrive with kids and luggage. The location works well. It's about 15 minutes on foot to the edge of the Sitges promenade, and from there a lovely hour's walk along the beaches. A few sections towards the beach are tricky with a pushchair or wheelchair, though we managed. The return climb is steep, so be prepared for it. Two things kept this from top marks. First, the pull-out sofa bed for my stepson hadn't been made up on arrival, though reception sorted it quickly once mentioned. Second, the dining. We paid for half board and the food was pleasant enough, but the buffet was left uncovered and flies were a regular presence, including one that flew out of my dinner as I sat down. No ill effects, but not what you expect at this level. There was also confusion over drinks. On the first evening we were served wine, beer and juice with dinner, plus a water and a small Fanta from the buffet display, and were charged close to €40. The next night we were told one complimentary drink each was included and that staff were still adjusting to new rules. It was handled graciously, but clearer communication on day one would have avoided the surprise. A genuinely luxurious hotel. Fix the dining and it would be excellent.

Almost 5 stars

I‘ve been here once about 12 years ago. Hotel, rooms, pool,… still of really good quality. Time left its marks (e.g. bathroom should be refurbed), though. Staff was polite and supportive.

Perfect hotel for relaxing

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed August 17, 2025

I am just back from a 3 night stay with my Mother at this wonderful hotel. We enjoyed every moment. The pool was stunning and the view from the pool was just incredible. Our room was gorgeous with an incredible peaceful sea view from the balcony. The room had great air con which was fantastic in the middle of August. Plenty of toiletries provided in the bathroom and complimentary robes and slippers. Huge comfortable bed as well. Breakfast was a buffet style which was excellent sitting outside with a beautiful sea view. They had plenty of food to choose from and loads of fresh fruit each day. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There’s a free shuttle bus that goes into town which we used once. Just be careful this needs to be booked and no one had mentioned this to us. There’s only so many spaces on the shuttle but it runs half hourly until 6pm. We found a taxi to and from the main part in town cost between 10-15 euro each way. The whole experience was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this relaxing, wonderfully clean and beautiful hotel to anyone.
