Limelight Snowmass

The whole experience from beginning to end was outstanding, all staff is very attentive and polite; facilities are well maintained, my wife enjoyed the hot tub area and the balcony at our room. We had a very good experience and are looking to come back next winter. If you still have doubts whether or not to book, go ahead and do it!

We stayed at the Limelight Snowmass Hotel 22-26Dec. My family, all adults, had a wonderful Christmas stay. We booked large balcony rooms, on the 3rd floor, that overlooked the village and the ice-skating rink. What a treat with all the Christmas lights in the village. This is a great place for all guests - singles, couples, families and dog lovers. The hotel is contemporary and beautiful; the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are impeccably clean. We did see lots of little children and the family dog, but there’s plenty of room to sit, dine, watch the large screen TVs, enjoy the company of family and friends. The hotel had a long list of activities for kids from letters to Santa, photos, face painting, cookies and coco every afternoon and more. The lady who did the face painting was there for hours! She was amazing. The complimentary breakfast buffet is one of the best we've experienced. The "all in one" latte, chai tea, coco, expresso machine was very popular. I loved it. The afternoon Happy Hour menu was delicious and very reasonably priced. Everything we had at the Limelight Snowmass restaurant was delicious. We were skeptical about keeping our reservation as there was a snow drought from Colorado to the West Coast. But the hotel concierge, Tom Rice, assured us that there was plenty to do. He gave us a long list of activities including snowmobiling in the upper mountains (We used Western Adventures, a family run business), snowtubing, sightseeing options, and great places to eat that the locals love. There is a Gondola right across from the hotel, another a short walk that takes you to the shopping mall and upper Snowmass. The hotel provides airport transportation included in your rate. You don't really need a car. The hotel took us to Snowmass restaurants and picked us up. We were very impressed with this hotel and the service you receive. Bottom line... we were spoiled!

Travel delay after 9 nights in a condo in Snowmass, and this stay was the highlight of our 10 days. What a fantastic hotel! Great for families. So many things to do, and a perfect location. If you are new to skiing, the proximity to the gondola cannot be beat. Great food and drinks, and something for everyone. We are condo people at heart, but this bonus night was a highlight of our trip, and we were glad our flight was canceled!

Great location. Wonderful atmosphere. Large /clean rooms and friendly/helpful staff. We will definitely return when in Snowmass and try other Limelight locations based on our experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Limelight Snowmass, not only because of its excellent location, but truly because of the people. During our stay, my child developed a fever. Early in the morning, the hotel proactively arranged transportation to help us purchase medication, and they kindly delivered plenty of bottled water to our room every day. Their care and attention during such a difficult moment meant more to us than we can express. The hotel is extremely convenient — close to supermarkets and medical clinics — and every front desk staff member we encountered was friendly, patient, and compassionate. Airport transfers were smooth, and staff kindly assisted us with our luggage as well. When we were facing challenges, the hotel showed full understanding and support. This is a hotel with true warmth and heart. We will absolutely return and highly recommend it to other families.
