An amazing place to stay where the staff are attentive but not obtrusive . Wonderful and delicious food and wine. The roof top infinity pool and sauna are just the ticket after a day skiing. Downstairs is a wonderfully calm and quiet adult only spa . We had a lovely spacious and quiet room with a view of the mountains. A truly luxurious place to stay. The shuttle service too and from the ski lifts were frequent and the ski lockers in the basement very convenient and spacious. I could not fault to the hotel or service . It is certainly expensive but worth every penny !

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this wonderful hotel. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. All the staff are so welcoming and willing to go that extra mile. Reception staff were always ready to assist with a smile. Restaurant staff were so lovely. The evening meal extravaganza was never hurried and staff were so personable but at the same time very professional. The food was consistently delicious. A great shout out to the chefs! As for the facilities....well....you just have to come and experience them for yourself! Outside infinity pool, inside pool, saunas and steam rooms and plenty areas to sit and enjoy the view! All the spa staff were so helpful. And the lovely gym on the top floor had an amazing view over the mountains! Plenty of machines and also a downstairs gym with various weights and resistance machines. In fact there is a whole exercise programme with classes if you are not going skiing! What more could you want from a week in the mountains! There is a shuttle service for skiers in the morning - a short trip to the lifts and always ready to give you a lift back at the end of the day. The young lad who was on duty when we were there was so cheery and always carried the skiis and poles out to the minibus! And I dont think it was just because he thought he were old!! Oh...and I also had a treatment in the spa. It was pretty special. Thanks team Das Central for looking after us - happy memories made for sure!

This hotel exceeds the expectations in every way. The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are great and the skiing conditions are perfect. The staff handled our diet very well. Would definitely recommend Das Central.

We have been coming to this hotel as a family for the last 5 years, and have had great times. However we all felt that standards are now slipping from what was a 5 star experience. The food does not have the variety, and certain things are allowed to run out with no replenishment. Dinner has gone back to 7pm. Too late. Certain rooms are tired with maintenance required such as broken shower toiletry holders. As a returning customer we asked if we could be allocated better rooms, having already booked suites, all to no avail. The staff cannot be faulted. The high cost can no longer be justified.
