The Ocean Club, Costa Norte, a Luxury Collection Resort

The Ocean Club provides excellence! The view of the ocean and the mountains from our suite was stunning, the grounds and pool are maintained beautifully and their staff is attentive and friendly without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at The Ocean Club was the perfect ending to our Dominican Republic trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink that immediately set the tone for the exceptional hospitality we would experience throughout our stay. The property is absolutely stunning. Everything feels luxurious, from the beautifully designed grounds to the breathtaking ocean views. Our room overlooked the water, and watching the sunset from our balcony each evening was simply mesmerizing. The service was truly world-class. We had a dedicated concierge who made sure every detail of our stay was taken care of, whether it was arranging laundry service, coordinating food delivery, or answering any request we had. The staff consistently went above and beyond. The bar serves exquisite handcrafted cocktails, and the wine cellar is a wonderful place to unwind. We enjoyed relaxing there while watching the FIFA matches, which made for a perfect evening. After spending hours driving across the island before arriving, I wasn't feeling my best. The staff's kindness made a lasting impression—they thoughtfully brought me a healing watermelon soup along with fresh lemon juice, a gesture I'll never forget. If you're looking for peace, privacy, and a true luxury experience, this is the place. It is definitely on the expensive side, but the impeccable service, tranquil atmosphere, and unforgettable views make it worth every penny. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already looking forward to returning.

It was a spontaneous decision because our original plans have been canceled. But it became one of our most relaxed holidays. The staffs are friendly, specially all the reception team. We received very welcome checkin( with a surprise treatment because of our anniversary) and farewell at checkout. The room was nice because we had a standing view of the ocean. The F&B was good. The price of the house wine I think it can be reconsidered. For breakfast, we had fixed continental breakfast included everyday. I think you can give guests an allowance( exp:18$/day) then they can order different types of breakfast.( guests needs to pay the differences if it is over 18$.) The swimming pools and the beach were perfect with blue sky touched with clouds and white fine sand. The ombré sea stretches to the horizon. How beautiful was it? I can not stop taking pics. You have to come and discover yourself.

We loved the tranquil atmosphere and extremely attentive staff. Five stars.
