Stonefield VillaResort’s idyllic location has hosted centuries of visitors – the island’s earliest-known inhabitants, the Arawaks, left a postcard from 350 A.D. in the form of a petroglyph tablet that can still be seen on the resort’s verdant grounds. Stonefield’s 26 acres were also once a cocoa plantation, and today they yield mangoes, breadfruit and other delicacies that supply the onsite organic restaurant. Airy villas are outfitted in indigenous wood and stone, and guests are more likely to encounter a friendly parrot than another guest. Adventure-seekers will find plenty to do, from rainforest hikes and waterfall excursions to coral reef dives in the balmy Caribbean Sea.

Well I don't even know where to begin. This was simply a magical trip for us. We travel domestically (US) and internationally quite a bit and this may be our favorite vacation to date. The pictures online simply don't do it justice. It's so incredibly beautiful it's breathtaking. We had the Piton ocean view villa and it's so beautiful we spent one entire day just lounging in our pool taking in the beauty. It's so quiet. No planes, no car noise, maybe 4 or 5 boats going by each day. The peacefulness of this location is something I can't express enough. But, the staff. Oh my gosh. The staff made this trip perfect for us. The front desk, waitstaff, bartenders, groundskeepers, etc. The front desk ladies are all stars and took care of everything for us and always greeted us with a smile :) They booked excursions, charged entrance fees to our room, and provided a driver for us. We made a 2 minute phone call and it's all taken care of. Charles was our driver for basically the entire weekend. He went so far above and beyond. For the sulfur baths for ex, he walked with us down to the baths, showed us what to do, and took pics for us. It felt like we had private tours everywhere we went. His car was always clean, we always felt safe riding with him, and he's a super nice guy. We love Charles :) For reference, we were originally deciding between Ladera and Jade Mountain. We usually do all inclusives, cruises, European trips, etc. but wanted something a little laid back for St. Lucia and wanted to be near the Pitons. But, since it was July, I was hesitant about not having a 4th wall/no AC at night. I kept looking around and found this gem. I am so happy we found Stonefield and we will 100% be back. Love y'all and I hope y'all see this, Jen & Roger

This was the perfect honeymoon stay my husband and I could’ve ever imagined. The private villa with our own pool, outdoor shower and balcony with views of the ocean and piton were incredible. The Mango tree restaurant was delicious, and the staff were always helpful.

After a very long search, my husband and I decided to stay at Stonefield for our anniversary trip to St. Lucia. This place is heaven on earth! We stayed in Flamboyant, a beautiful, spacious and very private villa with amazing views of the Petit Piton and the ocean. The grounds, the villa and the staff were just amazing! The staff was so attentive and helped with any request we had. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this resort. Visiting St. Lucia was on our bucket list and the island itself and the resort definitely exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

Stonefield is an incredible property in a tropical paradise. My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom while the rest of our family stayed in the villa. Both accommodations suited our needs perfectly. We sought shelter in the AC of our bedrooms only at night and played all day at the nearby beaches. Sugar Beach, Malgroutete, Anse Chastenet, and Anse Mamim were all truly special. Malgretoute is the nearest beach, a short five minute steep drive downhill and we had it to ourselves. We spotted a sea turtle at Malgretoute and it swam with us for a long while. Sugar and Anse Chastenet are some of the best beaches in the world and the snorkeling was unique at each place. The beaches of these high-end resorts (Viceroy and Jade Mountain) were nice to visit but we loved coming back home to Stonefield. Stonefield feels both wild and refined, matching our families vibe perfectly. The onsite restaurant, Mango Tree, is fantastic. We ate dinner there three times. The complementary breakfasts hit the spot offering the freshest of fruits, tasty proteins and sweet, sweet carbs. Because of the steep roads, we didn't want to do too much driving at night so thank god Mango Tree was so close and exquisite. The views of the Caribbean Sea and Pitons from the restaurant and our room were divine. The grounds are immaculately landscaped and very easy to navigate even though there are quite a few hills. While walking around make sure to snatch up the falling fruit (mostly mangoes and starfruit) and put it in your pocket for an afternoon snack in your room. I'd like to personally thank all of the staff for a wonderful stay. Hopefully we are lucky enough to return one day.

If looking for privacy with some of the best views on the island, you can’t beat the value of stonefield. We could have easily spent all week in our villa relaxing but the amenities and simplicity of booking excursions with your provided phone was amazing.
