Everything about our experiences was a 10/10. The service was amazing, the food was the best we have ever had and the quiet was exactly what we wanted after a 6 month wedding planning. I would recommend this resort to anyone thinking of booking. Once you arrive for your first time, your only regret will be, “why didn’t I come here sooner.”

When the guest experience and satisfaction is what matters, you should find Sailrock. Reviews often talk about things that went right or things that went wrong. But the true measure of a great resort is how they handle adversity. What went wrong this time is irrelevant. What went right is how Kiki, the resort manager, went above and beyond to make it right. She understood the situation, was empathetic to what we wanted and needed, and was empowered to make significant decisions ‘on the spot’ to make available the experience we needed. Sailrock, through Kiki, delivered on exactly what every great resort should - total focus on the guest with deeply personal and genuine attention.

Sailrock has exceeded my expectations. It’s more secluded than other touristy luxury hotels. They have villas and have a more homey feel than regular Hotels. It comes with good amenities such as Internet WiFi, gym and good selection of food at breakfast. It provides a safe and secure location. They also have complimentary water sports and other excursions are available with payment. Staff is all nice and ready to help. The scenery is spectacular. Beach is lovely esp at sunset. Worth every penny.

My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon at Sailrock South Caicos, and we honestly couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate the start of our marriage. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special. The welcome was warm, professional, and incredibly upscale, immediately making us feel like valued guests. Throughout our entire stay, we always felt safe, relaxed, and completely taken care of. The food deserves special recognition. Every meal was outstanding, and you could truly tell that everything was fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared. One thing that especially impressed us was how accommodating the staff was with dietary restrictions. We are gluten-free, and after a day it seemed like everyone knew. Desserts were delivered to our villa each evening around 6 PM, and before we even had to ask, accommodations were being made for us. That level of attention to detail made us feel incredibly cared for. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Kimberly and Karyie Anne took wonderful care of us during breakfast and dinner and always greeted us with genuine warmth. Tashi made every lunch enjoyable and was always so pleasant and attentive. Nima constantly seemed to appear at just the right time with fresh bread and food and was always smiling. The beach team was fantastic as well, always helpful and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. In general, every staff member we encountered went out of their way to help, accommodate requests, and make our stay special. Beyond the service, there was so much to enjoy around the property. We loved spending evenings in the jacuzzi under a sky full of stars. The stargazing throughout the resort was incredible and unlike anything we've experienced before. We took advantage of the complimentary water sports, including kayaking, paddleboarding, and the Hobie Cat. During our adventures we saw turtles, fish, sharks, stingrays, and crabs, which made every outing exciting. There is also a private island that is around a mile long kayak out to that is truly a surreal experience. You can just beach the kayak and explore the island or just enjoy a private beach. Beyond the incredible food and service, there was always something to do. One of our favorite memories was biking to the northern part of the island, where we were treated to some of the most beautiful views we've ever seen. We also enjoyed relaxing massages from Eko and Dewi, which were the perfect way to unwind. On evenings when dinner was served on the beach, the resort created an amazing atmosphere with beach bonfires and s'mores under the stars. Whether we wanted to relax or be active, Sailrock had it covered, with excellent sports facilities including tennis, pickleball, basketball, and even a soccer turf field. It struck the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation, which made it an ideal honeymoon destination. The natural beauty of South Caicos was something we'll never forget. Seeing donkeys and other wildlife roaming freely around the island added to the charm and uniqueness of the experience. Sailrock is certainly a luxury vacation and not the cheapest option, but after spending our honeymoon here, we can confidently say that you get exactly what you pay for. The quality of the accommodations, food, service, amenities, and overall experience absolutely reflects the price. It was worth every penny. If you're looking for a honeymoon destination that is peaceful, romantic, luxurious, laid-back, and filled with memorable experiences, Sailrock South Caicos is hard to beat. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can return.
