We have not forgotten about you all. Due to our busy schedule, we were unable to write a review earlier, but recently we were looking back at the photos and videos from our Maldives trip this year. All those beautiful memories came back, and we realized how much we miss everyone, especially the amazing team at Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi. A very special thank you to David, who took care of us from the moment we arrived until our departure. He was more than a concierge; he was like a friend who was always there whenever we needed anything. His kindness, warm personality, and attention to detail made our stay truly comfortable. A big thank you to Ismail for making our stay so memorable. Every day we returned to a perfectly clean and beautiful villa. He always surprised us with creative touches and made sure everything was neat, tidy, and prepared with so much care. His hard work and dedication never went unnoticed. And one name we will never forget is Aappe. He was always checking on us, making sure everything was perfect, and he helped me create magical surprises for my wife that we will remember forever. Aappe is a very knowledgeable person with a genuine passion for hospitality. The way he cares for guests truly comes from the heart. Thank you also to Mubbe and Salta from Tasting Table Restaurant. Every morning they welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel so special. Their friendly service was the perfect way to start our day. Our appreciation also goes to Mariyam and Rubeen from Yasmeen Restaurant for always checking on us and making sure we enjoyed every dining experience. Their kindness and attention made every meal even more memorable. Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi is not only a beautiful place because of the island and villas, but because of the wonderful people who create unforgettable memories for guests. We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay here, and a huge part of how perfect our trip turned out is thanks to Anna. She was incredibly warm, attentive and thoughtful every single time we needed help. Anna responded to all our requests quickly with such a friendly attitude, going out of her way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The overall hotel experience exceeded all our expectations as well. Everything was clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were great. From check-in to all the little daily arrangements, every detail was handled smoothly. It’s such a joy to receive this level of sincere, personalised service from staff like Anna. We would absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit!

An exceptional stay at Waldorf Astoria Ithaafushi. The overwater villa was stunning — glass floors, infinity pool, and breathtaking views at every turn. What truly made this trip unforgettable was our butler Yvonne. She was attentive, thoughtful, and arranged everything seamlessly, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
