Incredible Service! Waldorf Astoria Staff Made Our Stay Perfect
The hotel’s scenery is stunning, making our stay truly enjoyable. My butler Yvonne was highly professional and responsible—she replied to messages instantly and offered great help with our travel arrangements. At The Ledge restaurant, a glasses-wearing young man (real name: Shann/Shaan) was incredibly warm and helpful; he always understood our needs and gave excellent suggestions, leaving a deep impression. Our villa housekeeper Oray was also diligent, keeping our room spotlessly clean every day. Thank you to Yvonne, Shann/Shaan, Oray, and the whole team! We’ll definitely come back soon.

We had the most amazing experience at the Waldorf Astoria at the Maldives, our second time there, and we can’t wait to return! The Waldorf is an institution and provides an outstanding service from the beginning to the end. The staff are so attentive, gracious and kind and deliver a seamless service. Yousry our personal Concierge was so knowledgeable and personable and I would definitely recommend him and all staff.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Maldives was truly memorable. Although I initially had an issue with my first villa, the management reacted quickly and efficiently, moving me to Villa 115, which was perfect. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. My personal concierge, Yvonne, went above and beyond to make everything smooth and enjoyable. At The Rock, Rubeen provided excellent service and made our dining experience unforgettable. The staff’s professionalism and warmth truly stood out. We will definitely come back again in May next year, and I would love to have Yvonne as my personal concierge once more.will come again
