Fantastic stay with outstanding service from Anna!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay here, and a huge part of how perfect our trip turned out is thanks to Anna. She was incredibly warm, attentive and thoughtful every single time we needed help. Anna responded to all our requests quickly with such a friendly attitude, going out of her way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The overall hotel experience exceeded all our expectations as well. Everything was clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were great. From check-in to all the little daily arrangements, every detail was handled smoothly. It’s such a joy to receive this level of sincere, personalised service from staff like Anna. We would absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit!

A Paradise Made Perfect ！
An exceptional stay at Waldorf Astoria Ithaafushi. The overwater villa was stunning — glass floors, infinity pool, and breathtaking views at every turn. What truly made this trip unforgettable was our butler Yvonne. She was attentive, thoughtful, and arranged everything seamlessly, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The resort’s dining options were impressive too — from Chinese cuisine to French and Australian BBQ, every meal was a highlight. Highly recommend！

Stepped on a Rusty Nail Inside My Guest Room – Deeply Disappointed by the Handling of the Incident
Extremely disappointed with how a serious safety incident was handled at Waldorf Astoria Maldives. During my stay in April 2026, I stepped on a rusty nail inside my guest room. The injury required medical treatment, wound cleaning, a tetanus shot, and a doctor's report. Due to concerns about infection, I was unable to participate in planned diving and water activities for the remainder of my vacation. While the property itself is beautiful, what disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of receiving a meaningful apology and resolution, I spent weeks being redirected between the hotel, Hilton Executive Office, and insurance representatives, with conflicting explanations and little accountability. My wife is a Hilton Honors Diamond member and I am a Gold member. I hope Hilton and Waldorf Astoria take guest safety and post-incident care more seriously in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria Maldives
Our butler, Yvonne, was exceptionally attentive, responsible, and meticulous. The hotel’s service, complimentary facilities, and daily housekeeping were all top-notch. Every restaurant we tried was delicious, the spa was truly relaxing, and the snorkeling was fantastic. We left with beautiful memories.

A perfect journey, the butler's sister Steve provided excellent service, answering every request and question. The room was very beautiful and the cleaning was also very thorough
