Quite a disturbing and unprofessional service from the receptionists Liza and Johanna After booking a trip with a €40 cancellation fee, I had to fight for two weeks straight to get my refund. During this time, the hotel staff acted as if they didn’t even see the payment, forcing me to repeatedly send transaction confirmations — five times in total. Instead of offering help or courtesy, I was met with dismissive and even offensive replies, including a message asking me "never to contact them again." Only after this exhausting back-and-forth did they finally return my money. Not once did they offer an apology for the stress, wasted time, and disrespect they caused. A business shows its true face in difficult situations, and unfortunately, this hotel revealed a complete lack of respect for its guests. Keep that in mind before booking here.

The best hotel I’ve been fortunate enough to stay in. The staff exude warmth and professionalism, the pools are lovely and the food is out of this world. My only regret was that we didn’t know there was a trousers dress code for dinner and my husband had not brought any with him. No one said anything or made us feel uncomfortable but he would have been happy to oblige if we’d known in advance.

Disappointing Experience The hotel initially looked nice and seemed like a good place for our stay. However, our experience turned out to be quite disappointing. On the first night, we were seated in a very claustrophobic area filled with toddlers for dinner. This was because it was the designated section for children, but our son, who is over 15, was accompanying us. The food quality was also very poor, which added to our dissatisfaction. The next day, we requested to have our dinner at a table outside, as the weather was lovely, or at least in a more pleasant area where we could enjoy our holiday meal. Unfortunately, the waiter told us that we could not change our table because it was our "dedicated table" and no other place was possible. I expressed my frustration, saying I couldn’t imagine spending my evening in such an unpleasant and annoying corner, but the response remained a firm no. Ultimately, I informed them that we would go out for dinner elsewhere, to which they simply replied, "Yes, that is your choice." So, we ended up dining outside the hotel and decided to continue doing so for the rest of our stay. It's truly a sad story. The money we spent on this hotel did not match the quality of service we received. We expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

This is one of those hotels that you don't want to review, so that you keep it only to yourself , its that good. Wow, this hotel exceeded any kind of expectations regarding an amazing warm welcome, service, views, food, amenities. We loved our stay so much that we canceled our next destination and stayed here longer. The hotel has an amazing views of the gorgeous lake and the mountains on the one side and breathtaking views of a winery on the other side. The rooms are very modern, specious and smartly designed with lots of storage space, a huge balcony and is supplied with all the amenities. Their hotel rate can include breakfast and lunch. We absolutely loved eating in the hotel. The breakfast and lunch had probably the best buffets we had ever tried in any luxury 5 star hotels. All the food is made with very high quality ingredients and gourmet cooking style. There is a wide variety of all kinds of dishes. Every time we would ask if they are celebrating something special and they would say no, they do that regularly. They even had juicers with all kinds of veggies, fruits, to make your own juice yourself. All kinds of teas to brew your own tea. They would cook a fresh pasta in front of you for lunch and barbeque fresh meat. They really go above and beyond with their dining options. One night they had a Michelin star chef (from Germany) cooking for us an absolute amazing and super gourmet dinner. Amazing staff, amazing service, beautiful hotel. We would most definitely come back here again, although it's such a far destination for us. They even gave a souvenir when we checked out. This was the highlight of our entire one month trip all over Italy. Thank you so much Seeleiten staff!!! You are truly the best!
