The Reefs is fortunate to have a spectacular location and it seems all rooms have a beautiful view. In addition, the staff across the property is second to none. Food is excellent (as is the view while eating) and no more expensive than elsewhere on the island. We had a fabulous time and look forward to returning soon.

The best resort I have ever been to. From the rooms to staff to food, the quality is first rate. Our 50th anniversary was memorable because of everything at this fabulous resort. The staff at every function were both professional and responsive and made you feel like family. We will be back next year

The Reefs is a low-key, intimate resort located on the southwest side of this gorgeous island on a beautiful protected cove. The comfortable rooms have balconies overlooking the gorgeous turquoise water and private beach. The food at the two restaurants is fantastic and there is also a bar area that is casually chic, which also has a nice menu. The outdoor patio was being worked on so was not open but will be stunning once it's completed in several weeks. My massage at the spa was amazing. The gym is small but sufficient for a quick work-out. The pool area is not huge and includes a nice hot tub. Although there were not a lot of kids at the resort, we would prefer to have a designated time for adults only at the pool/hot tub. We did spend more time on the gorgeous stretch of fine, white-sandy beach. I loved that you could get anywhere on the resort within a three-five minute walk from our room. The resort is family owned and the owners are gracious and we saw them on property regularly. We cannot wait to get back!

Our overall stay at The Reefs was excellent. It's a beautiful, traditionally Bermudian, hotel perched on a hill above an amazing beach. The rooms are well appointed and recently renovated. The lobby, bar and restaurant are all newly renovated. Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Food is great at their 2 restaurants - Coconuts is right at the beach and had great service and very good food. Solaris is off the main lobby and just opened when we arrived. The food is great, but the service was a bit spotty - we had to wait quite a while for our server (we also had this experience more acutely at breakfast for about half the time we were there). Our room was great - poolside with a great view of the ocean and right near the lobby area. The room was clean with good amenities - housekeeping and nightly turn down service was great. We suggested a few maintenance and upkeep items on our room in the guest survey, but were minor in the big picutre. There are lots of different room options - I would suggest calling them to find out more. While the hotel is on a hill/cliff, the access around the resort and down to the beach was actually very good - as minimal steps as possible, lots of handrails and the hotel had a golf cart to drive people closer down to the beach if needed (we did not need that).

The staff at The Reefs is what makes this report memorable and worth visiting. While the beach area is beautiful and will maintained, the food is good but standard, and the rooms are clean but small, the staff are kind, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond expectations. Mr. Wyman in particular was very kind to our son and made the visit memorable for him (and us).
