Wonderful and stress-free couples massage done by Anya and Shana. Beautiful and relaxing with nice music. Would 100% recommend!

I had a lovely massage by Anja. She is very friendly. She makes sure everything is ok for you and you're comfortable. Very relaxing massage.

First the location, it’s in a really bad area of Split with no local amenities you would want to or walk to or feel safe doing so. There is a half built tower block beside the hotel, covered in graffiti, that my room has a perfect view of. No one has worked on it for years. For a five star rating no one to greet you from the taxi at the door or help with luggage, more on that later. The rooms themselves are in no way worthy of the five star rating that surely the hotel must have awarded itself. Stains on our duvet cover and stains on the wall. The pool is tiny for a hotel which has 252 guest bedrooms. Perhaps worst of all are the staff. The reception staff did not crack a smile, ask us how we were or where we had come from no chat at all and really unfriendly. Back to the luggage, they took our luggage away and when we came back for it we were shown into a room despite giving the luggage guy a receipt to identify our luggage and had to carry it up to our room ourselves. No offer of help The toiletries in the bathroom are chained to the wall which is hilariously bad Never a five star hotel if we could leave we would.

The hotel was a good surprise. Very nice staff, a good breakfast and a great beach club. If you can, you should visit the spa and schedule a massage with Anja, it was perfect.

Was allowed to use the amenities while we waited for the room. The beach and facilities were excellent. The restaurants were amazing.
