I paid around €3,000 for two sea-view rooms for my family of six, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were run-down, dirty, and in terrible condition. To make matters worse, our “sea-view” rooms mostly overlooked an abandoned building. After speaking with the manager, the only resolution offered was a complimentary meal, which wasn’t even close to making up for what we paid. I would NOT recommend this hotel. PLEASE Save your money and stay somewhere else…don’t make the same mistake I did.

I wasn’t aware when booking that the whole area in front of the hotel and right in front of all bedrooms and balconies was a building site. Constant digging and drilling from 7am does not equate to a relaxing holiday. It’s awful, The beach is no better, it’s all you can hear. We might as well be staying on a building site for the next week. Extremely disappointing. The only area you can’t hear it is the pool and there are inadequate sun beds for the amount of guests. I wouldn’t stay here again until the work was completed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Split, and a big part of that was thanks to Marijo and Hrvoje. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were exceptionally accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or requests we had. Their communication was excellent—they were attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. What stood out most was their genuine care and respect for guests. They treated us with kindness, professionalism, and warmth, making us feel truly valued. It's clear that they take great pride in providing outstanding hospitality and ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Thank you, Marijo and Hrvoje, for your dedication and exceptional service. You made our stay memorable, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split. We hope to return in the future! 😊🌟
