Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split

Firstly i don’t know why people are moaning about the graffiti covered abandoned building next door?? That surely isn’t the hotels fault!!! Anyway.. the hotel is situated about 30 walk from Split.. USE UBER!! we got a taxi back on the first and second night, he charged us €25 and the journey was about 20 minutes.. the 3rd and 4th night we got an Uber, €10 euros and just over 5 minutes???!! Breakfast was lovely, so much choice, Birol was very welcoming and took time to talk to us.. We had drinks every evening in The Mint Bar, perfect location to see the sunset, Petar was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. I would definitely stay here again

Come here if you want to see what the worst 5 star experience is like. From unclean, unsanitary rooms, to extremely unhelpful and uninterested staff and views of abandoned graffitti-covered buildings. This place was shockingly terrible at every turn. Mold in the showers, blood-stained carpet and staff that just shrug and try to get you to leave them alone. I had attempted to switch rooms every day, even offered to pay for a room upgrade, but either "there are no rooms available" or "its too late tonight, try tomorrow morning". The room is hot at night and the AC doesnt let you adjust temperature so it feels like it doesnt work. My pillow cases were stained upon check in. They did give me a new one, but that was the extent of the services provided. I travel quite a bit and Ive stayed at the best hotels as well as budget hotels, this is by far the worst experience. Will never stay at a Radisson after this even if they give it to me for free. Absolutely atrocious.

This is definitely not. 5 star hotel. It barely qualifies for 3 stars in my opinion. It’s very dated . The furniture is cheap. The table was literally falling apart. The bed was attached to a closet piece and was in the middle of the room so was difficult to go around the bed. The walls and carpet are dirty. The decorative wallpaper was torn in many places. The elevators were dirty. However, the staff were very nice and helpful. But I would never again stay at a Radisson.

I had a massage at the spa with Anna that was wonderful. Next time I will stay longer with the day pass and enjoy all of the beautiful amenities.

So much better in the upgraded side. We spent our first nights on the standard side of hotel. It was dated but had a lovely ocean view. When the updated side became available we were upgraded to a gorgeous suite with a comparable beautiful view. Totally different experience. The food at both breakfast and the restaurants for dinner was amazing. But the standout of the hotel was front desk attendant Matteo. He was so kind and informative and we looked forward to seeing his smiling face every day. Thanks Matteo
