Spa Treatment

Had a Top to Toe treatment with Stafanji in the spa. Completely brilliant and feel amazing now. Most relaxing 2 hours I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend

One week in split

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

We spent one week here with our 4-year-old and had a mixed experience. The service was friendly, but as is often the case in Croatia, quite slow. The hotel itself is nice, but the rooms are small and don’t quite deliver the five-star feeling you’d expect at this price point. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa — absolutely amazing treatments (we booked four during our week) and a lovely indoor pool. The spa area is for guests 16+ and also includes saunas, a steam room, and a small but well-equipped gym with free weights and a few useful machines. The beach club is stylish and has a great atmosphere, but unless you arrive right when it opens, you won’t get a sunbed. The hotel rents them to outside guests to make extra revenue, which means paying hotel guests often have nowhere to lay down. Cabanas are available to rent for €150 per day — with no food or drinks included — which feels excessive. Dining was a disappointment. The food across the hotel’s restaurants was quite low in quality compared to what you can get in Split itself. We found much better meals at restaurants in the city (about a 15-minute taxi ride away or a 40-minute walk along a busy road). The buffet restaurant charges €49 per adult, with kids under 12 eating free. Drinks aren’t included, and the buffet selection is limited — though again, the service was friendly. Overall, this is an expensive hotel for what you get — but then again, much of Croatia feels overpriced these days. The spa is outstanding and the beach club is beautiful, but be prepared for small rooms, hit-and-miss dining, and extra charges for almost everything.

Anya was very knowledgeable and after the stress away treatment I felt renewed and refreshed. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Relax and enjoy.

Wonderful stay! Service is great especially Ivana at the hotel pool bar. She was so kind and accommodating and gave us recommendations for dining in split as well as places to checkout in Bol!

Poor quality rooms but nice hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

I was bitterly disappointed when I arrived at the hotel based off the pictures of the hotel and the 5 star rating. There were a range of issues before I chose to leave the property after one night: The photos linked to this website are deceiving, they hide the stained carpet and the very low water pressure in the shower. I was getting cold in the shower because there was not enough water coming through the shower. The rooms are very old and in urgent of being refurbished, the room gave a 90's-00's vibe. The carpet in my room was stained in more than 3/4 areas and did not look like it had been hoovered before I arrived. As I went to lock the door the door lock did not work, when the technician came to deal with the matter he said 'we do not have anymore locks but don't worry, he is the only person with the key'. The second day I complained at reception about the cleanliness of the room. Whilst the staff were all very friendly and helpful the queue to speak to them took forever, there was never enough staff on the front desk. Whilst I was at reception complaining I experienced two other people complaining about their toilet door not closing properly and water from the shower leaking into the carpet outside the wet room, this further highlighting the lack of maintenance that has been carried out on the hotel. I was upgraded to a suite which I was pleased about, however as you can see from the imagine below the carpet was stained, there was a hole in the wall by the sink as well as other wear and tear. I want to make clear that these issues were not the staffs fault, they were all very helpful, quick and thorough in dealing and explaining with these matters and issues. Following my review the guest relations team contacted me to follow up on this issue and dealt with the matter excellently. The restaurant, spa and reception area is all very pleasant and modern, this issue for me is the cleanliness of the rooms and urgent need of refurbishment which is out of the hands of the staff.
