I was very happy to stay at the radisson blu split again. me and my nephew had both a premium room see view. My nephew was delighted with his room alike me in April. I want to point out the friendliness of the staff, their obligingness and courtesy. We enjoyed the door bar and the triton restaurant, and last but not least the puzzling alleys of the old town and their delicious culinary surprises.

The room itself was a major disappointment: It had a poor view overlooking a pebble-filled roof and a dilapidated building, and basic toiletries were missing or empty (e.g., a squeezed-out body lotion) and overall gave a very cheap vibe with cheap wallpaper and hardware. Housekeeping was an absolute failure, with the room often left serviced—trash unemptied, coffee mugs dirty, and one day no towels were left at all. The "beach club" is misleading, it is not connected to the hotel and it requires a 8-10 minute walk across a street plus several flights of stairs, and sunbeds cost money even for hotel guests. Dining service at the club was incredibly slow, and the food was of poor quality. Despite a promised 20% refund for the poor stay and service, I have not received it after 10 days.

Great hotel, super comfy bed, clean, friendly staff, tasty breakfast and amazing pool and jacuzzi area. All communal areas are spacious, clean and feel luxurious. Beautiful views from the outdoor restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu. We arrived late on the train and the front desk staff were cheery and helpful. The room we was clean, spacious and had a large patio overlooking the sea. Excellent views from both our room and the hotel in general. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included an omelet bar and crepe bar, in addition to their wide range of buffet options. The service and coffee was great. The shuttle service was a convenient option to get to old town. The gym facilities were well equipped and even had workout classes. The saunas and steam room also added to the relaxing atmosphere. The only things that could be improved was that the shower needed a soap dish and additional towel racks. We stayed on the weekend, and things were quiet, but there was nearby construction noise that started Monday morning. A great choice if people want a combination of beach, spa, and not too far from old town.
