Booked 2 rooms at the Radisson Blu to finish our holiday in Croatia based on the pictures and information on the Radisson website, should have paid more attention to the reviews. We were looking for a bit of luxury to unwind after a busy visit, this is not the place for that! The rooms are a good size but they are not 5 star quality. In one of our rooms, the bathroom lights didn't work properly, assuming we weren't expected to shower in a disco! That along with a yellowing sink and aged bathroom was not what I was expecting. Our daughters' room had a missing cupboard door and the twin beds were about 2cm apart. These issues were reported to reception on the 2nd morning. We were offered a change of rooms, accepting one which was slightly better for the girls but declining the other (we had a view of the sea and were offered a view of the carpark!). The rooms that we were shown were no better than we already had. As they couldn't move us a discount was offered on 1 room and that the lights would be fixed. That night the restaurant staff decided to re-arrange the furniture by dragging it across the floor at 1am. Despite complaining to reception about the noise nothing changed until I complained a second time at 2am. A discount was then offered on the second room but still no fix for the lights in the first one. We considered moving hotels but didn't want to waste a day of our holiday repacking and moving. Despite speaking to guest relations twice about issues, no one ever followed up with us as guests to see if things had been resolved. The last morning there was no water at all in the hotel, when checking out this was not acknowledged at all. One positive was the breakfast. There was a lot of choice and having freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes was great. The price that we paid for this hotel, even after the discount offered, was not worth the quality that we received. Can not recommend this hotel at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split and one of the highlights was the incredible service from Franko at the concierge desk. He recommended us an amazing restaurant in Split that ended up being one of the best dining experiences of our trip. His recommendations, professionalism, and friendly approach truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Small details like this make a huge difference, and Franko is a real asset to the hotel. We will definitely be back!
