Ivanna was ecxellent!!! My family and I went few days in lovely and beautiful Split, but Ivanna made it even more beautiful, the waiting wasn't so bad with her as a waiter and for sure convince us that we will come back next year again. Many thanks from my family and my kids hope that you will become a boss one day!!!

I booked a last minute trip to Split, and booked the Radisson for its pool and spa. I was pleasantly surprised to find an indoor pool, relaxation area with hot and cold pools, as well as a dry and steam saunas, as well as outdoor pool and beach access nearby. Making a spa booking was easy, I enjoyed a Traditional Chinese Massage with Mr. X. Ming. The full body massage targeted areas I requested and was the best way to relax my way into the stay. My room was seaside with a view from a balcony. Comfortable bead, spacious bathroom with a full sized bathtubs and breakfast made for a relaxing stay in Split.

An expensive trip was booked to the Radisson Blu resort in Split for my 40th and engagement. I shopped around hotels in Split and wanted something extra special given the celebrations, so decided here was the best bet. Now for the reality of my once special dream..... I spent 520 euros per night on a sea view room but sadly I was put opposite a building site and the noise at 7:45am of diggers, dump trucks & builders shouting wasn't what i was expecting at that price. I spoke to reception and they only room they could put us in was a 'less expensive room' and they were not kidding. Not sure if this was a room the staff use to take naps in or cool off from the midday sun but it was no different to a travel lodge or ultra basic room but according to the reception team, this is typically charged out at 420 euros per night (this right there is daylight robbery!!!!!) .... I understand they cant control building works outside the hotel grounds but you are charging top top prices and need to be expecting people to not accept anything less than perfect at this price. No mini bar, had to beg (and pay the cleaners 10 euros) to get the room cleaned, fresh towels and a couple of water bottles for the fridge. Was getting a little tired of spending 7 euros for a bottle of water down at the bar. No handle on the outside patio door of the balcony, so having to hold my hands against the glass and push was fun every time i wanted to get back into the room. God knows what an elderly couple would have done if they were staying in the room and heaven forbid, wanted to sit out on the balcony and not leave the patio door wide open to loose the A/C which seemed to be on holiday as well. Wouldn't go lower than 23degrees and sounded like a clapped out old tractor. The downstairs, entrance, pool bar, restaurant, breakfast - all good. But not exceptional which i expect when spending 2,600 Euros for 5 nights stay. Food was fine. 9 euros for a bowl of cold fries the first night we arrived wasn't the best but it did get better as the days went on. This hotel is not a 5 Star. Its a solid 3 star, maybe a 4 start at a push. I would not return and would not recommend at the prices they charge. If they were charging 200 euros per night, I would expect the lesser services / functions but I have stayed in 5 star luxury hotels for less than the Blu Radisson charge. You've been warned....

The massage was 10/10 amazing. Anja asked what pressure level i preferred, and she got it spot on. I'll definitely be back
