Nicht empfehlenswert!!!!
Absolutely unacceptable – not even close to 5-star standards We booked a suite for 3 people, but everything was clearly prepared only for 2. Extra bed, towels, and glasses had to be requested repeatedly – the staff had to be contacted five times. Completely disorganized and unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. The condition of the suite is shocking: • dirty, worn-out carpets • damaged and stained walls • overall neglected and run-down It is obvious that no real investment has been made for years. The spa and sauna area was a disgrace: • dirty floors • water everywhere outside, extremely slippery and dangerous • no visible cleaning or supervision The staff largely ignored guests, some were busy playing on their phones. Service was practically non-existent. Breakfast was loud, chaotic, and unpleasant – more like mass processing than a 5-star experience. Additional issues: • dirty parking area • elevator with filthy, decayed carpet • toilet paper lying on the floor • overall impression: poorly maintained and careless The price–performance ratio is outrageous. This hotel is clearly living off its name only. It has nothing in common with a true 5-star hotel. ➡️ Not recommended. Never again.

One of the Best Hotel experiences
This hotel is one of the best … The rooms are super comfortable. The cleaning staff is meticulous. The SPA is among the best in the world. The chef and food service team are superb! The location is right in the sea and close to downtown. My highest recommendation! I’ll be back.

Just a wonderful hotel and staff!
Totally wonderful hotel. A 10 minute drive from the old town. The staff made it extra wonderful, from the front desk to the spa, the restaurant and cleaning service, everyone was more than welcoming and friendly.

Great massage
I had just a spa visit, I didn't stay at the hotel, but I had a really really good massage from Stefanija. Absolutely would recommend!
