President Abraham Lincoln Springfield - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

Our annual conference has been here for the past four years - we have always received excellent service from the front desk to the sales and catering office. All the staff are helpful - shout out to both Malinda and Amber for making our planing to execution of our conference so easy. Everyone is extremely professional - Looking forward to many more years at this hotel.

I traveled to Springfield to attend the opening weekend of the new Women's Professional Baseball League. I took their free airport shuttle to the hotel and was greeted with their signature warm cookie at check-in. Everyone at the DoubleTree was very helpful. The hotel has a fitness center and a nice pool. There are two restaurants in the hotel, which was convenient since the hotel is downtown and it didn't seem like there were a lot of local breakfast options. They even kept one of the restaurants open late on Saturday night since there were a lot of us getting back late from the game. The DoubleTree is a short walk to the Abraham Lincoln Museum and Presidential Library. I'll definitely stay at the DoubleTree again the next time I'm in town for a WPBL game.

We touched every part of this beautiful hotel's staff. They are welcoming and try very hard to accommodate what you need. The convention used smaller rooms and the ballroom. Always top notch. The banquet department was used more than once. Food is always great. The room are clean and welcoming. We appreciate the staff and their hard work to make the stay and convention a great time for our attendees and our staff!! Thank you, sales staff, front desk, bellmen, housekeeping, banquet and catering and the restaurant staff!! Beyond happy with our time there!

Perfect location, rooms cleaning, quality vs value excellent, all areas cleanliness, noise level excellent. Improvement in offer speak Spanish.

Our Illinois American Legion family met in Springfield at the President Abraham Lincoln Doubletree Hotel and everything was outstanding. Food was great, rooms were clean and spacious and the staff went out of their way to assist. It was a great experience and highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Springfield, Illinois.
