President Abraham Lincoln Springfield - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

We touched every part of this beautiful hotel's staff. They are welcoming and try very hard to accommodate what you need. The convention used smaller rooms and the ballroom. Always top notch. The banquet department was used more than once. Food is always great. The room are clean and welcoming. We appreciate the staff and their hard work to make the stay and convention a great time for our attendees and our staff!! Thank you, sales staff, front desk, bellmen, housekeeping, banquet and catering and the restaurant staff!! Beyond happy with our time there!

Perfect location, rooms cleaning, quality vs value excellent, all areas cleanliness, noise level excellent. Improvement in offer speak Spanish.

Our Illinois American Legion family met in Springfield at the President Abraham Lincoln Doubletree Hotel and everything was outstanding. Food was great, rooms were clean and spacious and the staff went out of their way to assist. It was a great experience and highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Springfield, Illinois.

I picked this hotel off the internet, never being to Springfield before. It is centrally located in downtown and an easy walk to all the historical activities. The price was resonable. The best part about it was the service I received. Even though I checked in online and got a digital key, I got an email from the front desk asking if everything was alright. They brought me extra towels, and gave restaurant help. Top notch. Thank you Will!!! Would highly recommend.

Very disappointing considering the high price we paid for rooms. It was a reminder of how much hotel quality can vary even within chains. Hotel hasn’t been renovated in decades. It looks really really tired. Breakfast buffet is really unimpressive and whole breakfast room looks like something from the 1970s The pool area is grim. We found big clumps of hair floating in the pool. What looks like a hot tub has been boarded over. To cap it all off, we had a suspected case of bed bugs and the hotel response left me pretty underwhelmed.
