Sun-filled terraces, sandy beach, brimming swimming pool, like gifts from the moment of early dawn until the final hours of the night, to the guests of the Royal-Riviera. A cocktail of Art Deco and Neo-Hellenic influences from the immense lounge, which overlooks the Mediterranean garden redesigned by Jean Mus and the immense blue of the Mediterranean Sea. A harmony of the colours of the South of France, morning sunlight, balcony overlooking the sea and attention to detail; everything has been thought of in order to make each and every stay a wonderful memory, leaving you with a burning desire to return. With the omnipresence of the southern gardens and views of the sea, reading a book, drinking tea in the heart of the magnificent garden, everything becomes different, more calm, more beautiful than anywhere else.

Amazing stay. Staff makes you feel so welcome. There are complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge and they lend you a beach bag for your stay. Beautiful pool and spa area. One of the top hotels I've experienced.

We got there exhausted from a 5-hour train ride from Paris. They gave us an automatic upgrade (also comes along with our travel agent), the best part, our room was ready right away. Alexis showed us around the hotel, and she was so lovely, helpful, kind, and funny. Our room was large with sea and garden views, and it was beautiful. We were very close to the road and heard a lot of road noise. We did ask to move our room, and they were able to move us to a smaller room with no sea view, but still a lovely view. We ate dinner at their hotel restaurant, La Table du Royal. Beautiful view (same as breakfast view). They came over and poured us champagne, which we assumed was a nice gesture; they later charged us for it, so that was a bit strange. My husband doesn't eat shellfish or pork, and the waiter wasn't very helpful with changing certain plates around. Unfortunately, the food just wasn't great. (The waiter is going to have some more training on this, so I'm sure it won't happen again). My husband told the front desk about the restaurant, explaining they needed some work and more training. They offered for us to have lunch at Jasmine, their other restaurant. The food was outstanding! We loved every bite, and how lovely to offer us a complimentary lunch to say they were sorry for our poor experience at their other restaurant. The way they went above and beyond for us was by far the best way to handle mishaps. We met the general manager, who apologized for our poor dinner and said our dinner was taken off our bill, which was above and beyond what we would have assumed. He then introduced us to the owner and his lovely family, who sent us champagne to the beach. The breakfast was delicious, much to offer, and the eggs were cooked to order with an omelet chef, who is wonderful and remembers your orders. The two women who seat you (hostesses) are so kind and wonderful. To be honest, all of the staff were fantastic, kind, and always ready to get you something. They were also very professional, and we were impressed. The beach is great, we loved it. The pool was nice, but too many kids. We have kids, but when they are in summer camp, we like to travel places where there are no kids. It's not their fault, it's not an adults-only hotel, but the pool was taken over and could be very loud. They show you a walking path that you can walk right into town with restaurants, a marina, etc. It's a beautiful walk and worth it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, even with one issue (and not even a big deal), they handled it with grace, class, and went above and beyond. We would come back.

I loved this hotel. It is beautiful and luxurious without a hint of pretension. My room in the Orangerie was large and chicly done. As always in 5 star hotels, it is service that distinguishes, and this hotel is superb. Food at the Jasmin is good not great, but easily overlooked given the setting and service. 5 minute walk into Beaulieu sur mer, a charming village that feels authentic not tourist driven, and has a train station that easily takes you to other coastal towns. Highly recommended.

This was a return trip to this member property of The Leading Hotels of the World. I had been with a friend in October and thought it was stunning. There were several issues this time, which spoiled our holiday. We were welcomed back and shown to our lovely room, which had a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. During our breakfast the next day and everyday thereafter, pigeons and a huge seagull swooped in and stole food from peoples' plates. No, I am not kidding. The staff did nothing, except for the valiant woman at the omelette station, who tried zapping them with a water gun. No, I am not kidding. The lack of hygiene and cleanliness associated with this situation boggles the mind. We should have asked to have all of our breakfasts compted. The other issue was some people at the lovely pool. A little boy from England, who was in the pool constantly, screamed non stop and had tantrums often. His father seemed unable to handle the situation and as a result, we all suffered. This is a 5* member of The Leading Hotels of the World. It is in St Jean Cap Ferrat, one of the most exclusive locations in the world. Be proactive and handle situations. Do something about the pigeons and seagulls. It was disgusting. Do not allow one, obviously disturbed child to ruin everyone's holiday. The place is lovely, the food is delicious, the cocktails are marvellous, the location is stunning. However,we would never return to this hotel.

Charming Boutique Hotel in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Outstanding Concierge, friendly staff. breakfast omelet station and fruit selection was top tier. Cozy rooms with contemporary bath, located in a perfect place to walk the beach line trail and meander into the town. Intimate, yet minutes to more action. A quick 20 min drive to Monaco. Lovely way to start our Euro trip.
