From the moment I arrived, Eric made me feel like a long-lost family member rather than a guest. His genuine smile, warm hospitality, and sincere desire to ensure every guest feels welcomed truly set him apart. Eric is the epitome of what customer service is and should be. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail created an atmosphere that was both comfortable and memorable. I would like to recognize the hotel manager for providing exceptional customer service and leadership during my stay. From the moment I arrived, they demonstrated professionalism, and a positive experience. Although we had a server he still made sure we were taken care of. He address our concerns when needed and I can’t wait for my next visit!

Great hotel — outstanding bar
Amazing hotel. Incredible pool and walkable to so many bars and restaurants. Brittney and Jack in the Chase Club are fantastic. Will definitely visit again.

Fantastic wedding weekend at the Chase
The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza was our home base for our daughter's wedding weekend. The historic elegance of the hotel impressed all of our Boston guests. Most took advantage of the pool, Chase Club and we held 2 events in the R Club for welcome and farewell events. The staff was so helpful and professional. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Most of our guests took advantage of Forest Park being across the street and shopping in Central West End. The hotel runs so expertly, we really felt pampered! Thankyou to all for a wonderful experience!

Great time!
The Chase Park Plaza never disappoints! Caitlyn at the front desk was extremely helpful with my entire check-in process. I decided to go into the Chase Club for a cocktail and was greeted by Jack and Brittney at the bar immediately. It was pretty busy for only having 2 bartenders and they never left anyone waiting. Was a very inviting atmosphere with those two behind the bar. Eric (the manager) came behind the bar and checked on me and made sure everything was going good. Overall this hotel was a great experience.
