Fantastic Stay
Fantastic service. Comfortable bed. Had dinner at the Preston and had the Preston catch which was excellent. Gym in the lower level was much larger than a typical hotel gym with a ton of equipment. Would definitely come back

I LOVE THE CHASE PARK PLAZA!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Bonnie. From start to finish, she has been absolutely spectacular. Bonnie consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. In an industry where communication and reliability matter so much, she truly stands out. She is incredibly responsive, solutions-oriented, and always willing to step in and help — even during high-pressure situations or last-minute changes. Her attention to detail and commitment to guest experience make such a difference, and it never goes unnoticed. It is an absolute pleasure partnering with a hotel who cares so deeply about our shared clients and the people she works alongside. A very pleasant stay
Comfortable large suite, great location in Central West End, helpful, friendly staff, and tasty room service breakfasts. A lovely stay.

Amazing friendly and kind service staffs
Stayed in this hotel twice recently. A histrionic property with newly and beautiful renovation. Service staffs are super nice, friendly and willing to take extra effort to satisfy the customers. Also, it is the walking distance from central west end where many nice restaurants and from BJC/Wash U medical center. Highly recommended!

Elegant hotel, expert staff, and outstanding food/beverages.
Historic, elegant hotel set the stage for our family wedding. Although old, hotel was immaculately clean in rooms and events. The biggest surprise was the outstanding staff throughout the hotel. From the front desk, consierge, restaurants, room service, housekeeping and wedding events, all details were handled with friendliness and professionalism. Because of the staff, the Chase Plaza stood out above other elite hotels I have visited.
