The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza St. Louis

Stayed for 5 evenings. Overall, everything was excellent. Entire staff was extremely friendly. Two "shoutouts" for: 1) Kaitlyn, at the front desk, who makes one feel like they are indeed welcome at the hotel, and 2) Marisol, in housekeeping, who goes out of her way to keep guests happy.

From the minute I pulled into the valet entrance the staff was attentive and helpful. Incredibly speedy check in, maintenance responded within minutes of reporting a concern about a closet light, and the housekeeping supervisor brought me options for different pillows when I wasn’t happy with my original choices. I asked for a fan because I got hot in the bathroom while I was putting on my make up and my husband was showering. A brand new fan was delivered to my room. Housekeeping cleaned our room beautifully when we headed out for the day. Everything was clean and nothing was broken. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed the weekend the staff was great. You have several restaurants to choose from and a movie theater. A park across the street. There are many things to do in walking distance around the neighborhood. Parking is $40.00 per day, come and go as you please.

The staff was incredibly helpful in dealing with us and some special accessibility needs. They were kind and caring in securing a room that suited our needs.

On top of the email I’ll be writing for several aspects of should I say assets to management for this hotel, I want to share my recent experience at the Chase Park Plaza. I travel extensively for work, nationally and internationally and I will say this hotel and its staff are no hesitation top 5 in my experiences. You can find other 4 star or 5 star hotels in St. Louis but let me tell you what makes the Chase Park Plaza special, the people. this staff is truly incredible. My first visit was great however this last week at the Chase Park Plaza leaves me just a little sad that I am on to the next. I want to thank the front desk staff, the team there made sure I was taken care of with an executive suite on their top floor which alone is incredible and I implore everyone to experience that kind of stay especially at the Chase Park. The hotel is stunning, historic, and comfortable. With on site parking in a covered garage, 3 AMAZING restaurants. And again I can not stress enough how much I adore the staff of this hotel. From the 2 young ladies who checked me in to Rhonda in restaurants, Madeline at the Preston located in the hotels lobby…. This hotel and staff have left an everlasting impression for me making St. Louis feel like a home away from home.
