GREAT STAYCATIONS
My wife & I have made the Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza St. Louis our preferred location for staycations, regardless of the time of year. It is very convenient having so much to do so close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, or multiple options in the hotel. The Chase even has a movie theater in the same building. We love spending time at the pool there. We have met so many great folks while at the pool. The staff gives top notch service there - shout out to Meeka this last time for taking care of my wife & her Pina Coladas. The rooms are always clean. We have never had a cleanliness issue when staying there - I can't say that for any other hotel we have stayed in multiple times. The front desk is friendly, efficient and always willing to accommodate any requests if they can. The concierge, Pamela, is a true gem of the hotel. Her recommendations (regardless of the topic) are always spot on. She is always buzzing around the hotel delivering items to rooms and going that extra mile. Every time I cross paths with her, she stops to ask about our stay or just to chat. We can't say enough positive things about this hotel.

A must stay in St Luis..a lovely pampered experience in a very nostalgically beautiful environment .
We had to attend a family funeral service in St Luis and was so happy we stayed at the CHASE ROYAL.. The front desk, management, housekeeping, reservations and the service/food at the Bistro restaurant was premium 5 stars... the one bedroom we had was magnificant with a lovely view of the park and the pool along with the lounging area was priceless to have relaxed in... thank you so much for making our trip delightful despite our family sorrows. THIS IS A MUST STAY if your in St Luis..we loved the pampered experience,

Wonderful getaway
As always, the Chase was a wonderful place for a special getaway: beautiful rooms, gorgeous pool, excellent food, a movie theater. Even the room coffee is better. Special Special shout out to the wonderful service of Miss B, Tiffany (in the Preston restaurant), and Steph, at the front desk for incredible friendliness and service.

Best hotel experience!
Such a grand hotel full of historic charm. Our room was delightfully spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the day at the pool, drinks food and meeting new people. We felt celebrated and will remember this weekend, definitely coming back!
