Beautiful hotel with friendly staff.
While my fiance was at Barnes Jewish Hospital for a hospital stay, I had the chance to stay at the Royal Sonesta Chase Hotel in St Louis. Although I never got to actually enjoy the amentities, the hotel was very clean, staff were helpful (Caren & Daniel) and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The bar was fun with a blues band playing. If you need someplace to stay close to BJH, this is the place and also ask about the BJC Hospital discount.

You’ll feel like royalty
This hotel is not only luxurious, it’s got history, several restaurants, an awesome bar, big pool and even a cinema with the latest movies!!!! Location is amazing, right in front of a beautiful park, with a zoo and museums! But what makes it an unbelievable stay it’s their staff!! They make you feel like royalty!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Superior service
Our business event at the Crown Plaza was fantastic. The food was amazing and the staff was so attentive. The historic building and surrounding area is beautiful and I felt safe walking in the area to neighboring restaurants. I would definitely return for a longer visit.

Visited this great hotel from 21 June till 6 July 2025 and loved it. King room was good also loved going to the pool as well as chase bar.
