Reached out to them months in advance and they emailed they are not booking that far out and when it came closer to the date they said they are fully booked ! Not at all accommodating. Really disappointed!

While this is a beautiful hotel in St Moritz, I didn’t find the service to be of 5 star level considering the steep price for the rooms. There was no personalized interactions with the staff during our stay. Also, there is a lack of detail when it comes to breakfast service. All 3 meals were served incorrectly and had to be sent back. Both mornings we were missing sides that we had ordered. Prior to my stay I had emailed the concierge a few questions and never received a response. During our stay I had tried to reach the hotel on WhatsApp and never received a return message. I haven’t had this experience with other 5 star luxury hotels in the past. It seems they roll out the red carpet for certain guests but I wasn’t made to feel that way.

We loved our stay here. What made it most memorable was the staff in the grand hall. People like Klaus and Jelina made each visit there memorable. We also loved the incredibly cozy Italian restaurant. Overall an unsurpassed experience. We will be back.

Fabulous! Truly like no other! I will never forget dinner being served with the curtains blowing in the lake breeze, the domes topped with the palace tower! A once in a lifetime experience. The pool area is also exceptional being a fun nautical theme with a great “cliff” to jump off.

The best of St Moritz. From the moment I stepped in, the views and the service competed for my top vote. Both were impeccable. The service was eager without being pushy. Housekeeping in particular was incredible with so many thoughtful touches. And any hotel room stocked with SPF and a steamer makes me happy. The breakfast was a lovely way to start the day with harp music, a delicious spread, and staff that were always ready to help. But the beds and sheets were the tops - an incredible night sleep thanks to both of them. What a slice of mountain luxury .

Badrutt’s Palace in St. Moritz...one of the Grand Old hotels of Europe! Our excellent treatment as first-time guests speaks very highly of the property. I bow to the ladies and gentlemen of the hotel and look forward to spending Easter with them.
