Outstanding in every respect. I absolutely loved my restful stay the other week. I so enjoyed my meals, as always! As local summer residents, we are very happy members of the Palace Spa and Gym facilities. My highest praise to their outstanding team: The very precise and caring Patrizia, Emanuele (who has tremendously positive team spirit!), the very thoughtful and kind Silvio, the swift and friendly Matteo, the intelligent, bright and engaging Ava, and of course the very lovely and beautiful Ioanna, Julianna, Sandra, and Mara. At La Diala, Diogo is always so incredibly professional and courteous, Antonio and Signor Maurizio and the junior staff are also very helpful. The team at the pool and restaurant makes coming to the Palace every day a true delight — their utmost professionalism, thoughtfulness, and genuine joie de vivre and care truly distinguish the property, and I cannot sing their praises enough. Many thanks also to Emma from housekeeping, the very kind bellmen (Signor Gianpiero) and the warm concierge team, and dear Giulia at the Gelateria — home to many scoops of happiness, thanks to Chef Stefan's creativity and Giulia's kindness. We are also very impressed with the culinary team and FOH service at Il Paradiso. Excellence abounds, and we are so grateful. Many thanks to Maria from the Events Team for helping to arrange a special tasting. I love Badrutt's so much that of course we now have a precious little Caspar the Marmot doorman plushie.

Badrutts Palace is incredible. Our first time there, we didnt know what to expect - but assumed like many other hotels situated in historical buildings that it would be a nice experience with mediocre comfort, riding on an old reputation. Not the case at Badrutts palace. Our family was fortunate to be able to travel through Switzerland and Italy throughout the entire month of July, visiting 8 unique 5 star hotels on our Tour, and Badrutts Palace was a standout winner, without a doubt. The rooms were pristine, stocked with amazing, top quality amenities that are all included in the room rate. The electronics, plumbing, and air conditioning all worked impeccibly (not common for European 5 star hotels, I can confirm) - and the service was easily among the best we've ever experienced at any hotel around the world. We really enjoyed the top notch breakfast buffets (also included) in the morning, and cocktail hour in the lounge in the evening. The stainless steel outdoor pool was amazing, the kids club was amazing, the gym was great. Everything, top notch. Cant wait to visit again!

Our stay at Badrutt’s Palace was absolutely outstanding and unquestionably the highlight of our European travels. Every aspect, from the moment we arrived until our departure, was seamless and exceptional. The service was incredibly attentive, efficient, and thoughtful, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout. Special mention to Francesco from the restaurant lounge, who provided extraordinary service and truly elevated our experience. As well as the amazing Pianist who played music that our party really loved. The breakfast was superb (can you believe there's a harpist in the breakfast area?!), the wellness area was luxurious, and the property itself was beautifully maintained, offering both elegance and comfort. This hotel stands out distinctly as one of our top favorites worldwide, not just in Europe. The quality, attention to detail, and personalized care provided are genuinely unparalleled. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and only wished we could have extended our stay. Without a doubt, we will return to Badrutt’s Palace and look forward to our next opportunity to enjoy this exceptional property.

The Palace Hotel is a unique hotel in terms of service, but it is difficult to understand why they accept kids. To be honest, in this regard I consider it the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in the entire world that I have visited. If your child cries in the room, you will receive complaints, if your small child calls your name a few times in the room (as far as I know, babies do not know how to regulate their tone of voice), you will also receive complaints. This is the first time this has happened to me, having 3 children. And I was surprised that it was in this hotel. What a shame! I would have liked to leave very satisfied, but that will not be the case for me.

Badrutt’s Palace in St. Moritz...one of the Grand Old hotels of Europe! Our excellent treatment as first-time guests speaks very highly of the property. I bow to the ladies and gentlemen of the hotel and look forward to spending Easter with them.
