Cresta Palace Hotel

We spent a wonderfully relaxing wellness afternoon at Vita Pura Spa at Cresta Palace Hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. We enjoyed their pool, steam room, and sauna facilities before finishing with a facial massage — the perfect way to unwind after skiing or hiking in the mountains. The atmosphere is calm, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for true relaxation. A fantastic choice if you’re looking to reset both body and mind in a serene alpine atmosphere.

We stayed 24-28 January . 7 adults and a baby. We had lots of activities planned and I was frequently at the front desk needing taxis, booking restaurants and checking information. The staff there were great - patient , helpful , smiling . A big thank you to Paula who stepped in without hesitation to babysit when we were let down. Despite her reception shift finishing she stayed on and ensured the baby was well looked after and our big night out could go ahead. That’s really putting the customer first. The food was excellent . Breakfasts fabulous. We also enjoyed the Turkish restaurant. Afternoon tea in the lounge was a lovely gathering point at the end of the day and we lingered to listen to the excellent pianist. This hotel is well run - you know things will run smoothly when the general manager greets you on arrival. Well done to the team at Cresta Palace!

The rooms are comfortable and cozy, ideal for winter evenings, and the food is truly excellent throughout the hotel. The spa facilities are outstanding—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed—providing the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. Evenings at Cresta Palace are especially memorable, with DJ nights, live music, and nightly cocktails in the elegant lounge area, creating a wonderful atmosphere without ever feeling overwhelming. Cresta Palace delivers everything you want from a luxury mountain hotel: a stunning location, exceptional service, excellent food, beautiful spa facilities, and a warm, inviting energy. A fantastic stay and a hotel we would happily return to.

Good location, cold atmosphere. We ate dinner in empty hotel restaurant with 200 seats. Wellness needs urgent renovation, hotel is clean and good maintained.
