Overall the hotel was nice however personally would not spend the amount of $$ we did again to stay here. There was a lot of new amenities I was not used to having but there was a lot that this hotel lacked as well. First starters, the mini fridge definitely lives up to the name - you can fit maybe 2-3 plastic water bottles max but if you are the type to take left overs home, then this place will not be for you bc not only does this hotel have no fridge space but also no access to a microwave. Furthermore, there is no ventilation/ a fan in the bathroom when u shower and so the only way to keep the bathroom cool is that you have to have the bathroom door completely wide open and the windows in the room open as well (that is if they aren’t sealed shut - (each room varies with this issue). In addition, the thermostat - heat works great, AC on the other hand, works poorly hence open the windows when/ if u can. To add on, there is no where to access free water - the hotel charges you $6/ each for a liter water bottle in addition to countless hotel fees. On top of it. So if you want water, your gonna have to buy it in bulk at Walgreens and fit as much as you can in the mini fridge. Lastly, when housekeeping came around, they were very friendly when conversing, however, I would suggest to utilize both locks on your door. The little time I spent staying here, housekeeping has never failed to 1. Never knock on the door to ask if we need service and 2. They would just use their key to open the door and walk right in - very poor mannerisms on their part. For the good things, the room service was great, the bar in the lobby was good as well. Location of hotel was ideal - we were able to walk around pretty much to different restaurants and bars close by, which was nice.

It was a great hotel close to the arena. We enjoyed walking around downtown and taking in the sites. We especially like the pillows on the bed and how the arena is connect by the underground tunnel. The staff were kind.

The hotel has top-notch service! Love the charm of the hotel, not modern, classy, cozy, and beautiful. Food is superb. I also love the ease of getting to and out of the hotel.
