Pineapple Beach Club - All Inclusive

Fabulous friendly resort. Great location even though it’s not on calm Caribbean coast. It’s great for swimming. Beautiful beach. We loved the coffee house the girls in there are lovely my husband & I went there twice a day , cappuccino and flavoured lemonade. Wonderful views at lunchtime. All the team are friendly & helpful especially Tyrian on entertainments . Such a helpful and genuinely nice young man. Love the bracelet & necklace that I made.

Right from arriving at the resort until we left Pineapple we had an awesome experience. Our waterfront room was updated with a gorgeous view. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Food was excellent. Staff was the best. Shout out to Tyrain of the “Fun Squad”. He became our family for the week we were there. From leading water aerobics to being our teammate in bocce ball to playing coconut bowling and beyond Tyrain showed his commitment to his job, his commitment to making sure everyone had a great time and his quirky humor just made for a great week. This was our first visit to an all-inclusive. Would we go back-absolutely. Thank you to the staff for making our experience awesome.

I am reluctant to write a positive review of Pineapple Beach Club — only because it will result in a greater number of bookings and we might not be able to return to this beautiful place!! We were here for the last 2 weeks of February 2026, our second trip to the resort. Our building was different from last year but the rooms had had an update and were very clean and comfortable (I’d truly like to know where mattresses and pillows were purchased because I’d order one!) There were a couple of odd things — light switches that didn’t connect to anything and a full length mirror that was hung about 10” too low, but neither of these things really mattered in the overall comfort of the space. As always the staff were exemplary— Nichole, Ronnett, Tricia (pronounced TrissEEa 😘) Judith, Kady-Ann, Jo Anne, Teniqua, Jason and Egbert in Topaz and Renee and Tina from the coffee shop, as well as many others Topaz has multiple delicious offerings every day (if you have difficulty finding something, you may be a bit too fussy) — there is also ‘The Outhouse’ (a VERY different meaning in Canada and the U.S.) is a great place for bbq and the view is spectacular. Both the Pineapple Grill and Chef Pierre’s offer a different , more intimate, type of dining experience— although Chef Pierre’s can be a bit ‘loud’ due to the many ceramic, metal and marble surfaces…nothing to absorb the sound. The beach, pool areas (3) and grounds are immaculately kept. The beach was groomed every morning and there was never a reason to do the 6 a.m. ‘zombie walk’ to secure chairs. Towels were plentiful. Water sports and equipment were easily available. As for excursions, G-Man and DJ — set up right on the beach — offer a number different trips at very reasonable prices (often better than through a travel agent) and are very trustworthy. We did Shirley Heights and Stingray City and I’d highly recommend both.

From the time of our arrival and until we left , we throughly enjoyed our stay. All staff was very kind and pleasant. In particular there was one staff member. Tyrain who stood out above all the staff. From the on site tour to the multiple activities, Tyrain was so nice to be with. He was funny, kind ,great to talk to. The resort was so beautiful, clean, great food and activities. All staff was wonderful Can't wait to go back. Thank you

I travelled solo to Antigua and this was the second resort I visited. I stayed at Pineapple Beach Club for seven nights and absolutely loved it. The reception staff were exceptional, I was greeted with a cold towel and glass of rum punch on arrival, and no question was any trouble. Was promptly escorted to my room, which was ready early by one of the helpful portering staff. The rooms are cosey and clean, and have everything you need. The beds are comfortable, there is a safe in the room, and good showers. Despite some of the reviews saying the rooms weren't serviced regularly, my room was serviced on every day. An amazing beach, with plenty of loungers by the ocean and pool. Plenty of towels too. The food was unbelievable, and an amazing cocktail selection. They don't hold back on their rum portions! Great buffet with a good selection of healthy, nutritious food, as well as good holiday food. The a la carte restaurants were superb, my favourite was probably pineapple grill. The pool side grill is very good too and offers a selection of snacks as needed. A big shout out to the staff in the coffee shop too, who are friendly, upbeat and superb. There is a great shop on site too which sells what you need, water (although the resort water is fine), sun tan lotions. I did struggle with mosquito bites though, which were prevented by sprays (which the shop sold), so do take a good mosquito spray if you are prone to bites. I have nothing but positive feedback about this resort. I was really impressed and felt very welcome as a solo traveller. The staff are all consistently friendly, helpful and professional. I gave tips to good service, but didn't feel any attitude, or pressure to like I did in another resort. I tipped a lot, because the service was so good! And the staff were consistently appreciative.
