Perfect Columbia Gorge Retreat
Skamania lodge is a vibe. We were there for a work retreat and the setting is stunning, the views breathtaking, and everything was easy. The food was delicious, everything was very clean (somehow when I hear lodge I think dusty and smelly...it was not), and the staff were exceptional. I can't recommend it highly enough.

A magical place.
This is a really wonderful place. The views are unmatchable, the staff is friendly and well-trained, and the amenities are plentiful. Of course just sitting and looking at the view is also an option! We stayed only one night but look forward to returning. The only note is that the hotel is a bit dated, but since it was built in 1993 this is not surprising. The rooms are neat and clean with all the amenities, it is just an older hotel. The grounds are amazing, with walking trails, a disc golf course, a variety of outdoor seating options, a golf course, and an on-site separate business for outdoor activities. Next time I come I want to stay in a treehouse on the property, those look amazing. Overall, such a magical place.

Great weekend getaway for Seattle or Portland
Great place to stay with dogs while experiencing the waterfalls of the Columbia River Gorge! Nice views of river. Good drinks.

Great get away
we attended this summer for a wedding. Though our visit was short that staff and accommodations are comfortable. Hope to make another visit this summer so that we can enjoy some of the great activities that Stevenson has to offer.

Connect with nature in this scenic location
This is an excellent location located in the woods with scenic views with trails for hiking and many other activities. I will visit again.
