The Perry Hotel Key West

Such a great place to stay if you aren't interested in staying in the busy downtown. Peaceful hotel with a spectacular pool (temp was perfectly warm) and they offer a free shuttle to downtown that runs on a regular schedule. Kim, the shuttle driver was HANDS DOWN the best shuttle driver. She took us all around Key West explaining the history of the town and past places that were interesting to us as she got to know more about us. She was our "personal tour guide"!! Loved every minute of our stay, and so glad we decided to stay here.

This hotel was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!! Every staff member friendly and welcoming. The Director of Rooms, Chris Cervantes, went above and beyond accommodating our needs. He communicated the hotel information equally to both my husband and I which was very appreciated. The hotel itself was lovely. Well maintained. Just overall a phenomenal experience. Highly recommended!

We just got back from a couple of nights at the Perry celebrating our Honeymoon. We live in the middle keys and decided to escape to Key West for a couple of days following our wedding. Justin, the facilities manager was incredible from the beginning. The reservations process and working with Chris, the operations manager was personable and responsive. Jayme checked us in and made us feel right at home and even welcomed us with a bottle of champagne since we were celebrating our Honeymoon. Lance, the bartender at the Salty Oyster took care of us while we relaxed by the pool and ate / drank. The rooms were extremely clean, the pool was relaxing, the restaurants were tasty and provided great service and the views were awesome. It was a short drive to downtown Duval but the resort provides a shuttle to make it easy to transport guests safely. Thank you to The Perry and all the staff for making our mini Honeymoon

Nice two night stay at the Perry in Key West. Excellent choice for boaters and non-boaters alike. Food and beverage was excellent, rooms were ample and well appointed and hourly free shuttle to downtown Key West was a really nice perk. We look forward to coming back soon!
