Reviews for The Perry Hotel Key West
Not worth the price
The Perry hotel is fine but really fell short in many of the details. For instance, we had to call several times before anyone answered the front desk when we needed to ask a question about check in. The shuttle to down was so late we had to abandon and call an uber. The food at Matt’s is not good - it’s super mediocre. The Muzak at the pool is bad - they played the Macarena for example. The property also needs some TLC - the common spaces are already showing their age. The towels are scratchy and the sheets are basic. The pool area feels less resort-y than we imagined from the photos. All that said, the room was very clean and spacious. The live music by the pool was fun. Pool service was prompt. Parking was free we think. If the hotel was significantly cheaper we would not have minded.
