The Perry Hotel Key West

The price is not the price, $100.35 per day are added to the bill upon check out after I prepaid in full my 4 night stay. They are deceptive. The music at the pool is so quiet you cannot hear it. The staff is not responsive to request to turn it up. The lobby bathrooms were dirty on both occasions I used it of 4 days. Kept from entering our room with dead batteries in my door lock one day., that was annoying. On a positive note the Bar and Food was excellent. Overall i did enjoy my trip just not so much while at the pool. But when I checked out for a prepaid trip and was billed over $400 I was shocked and felt ripped off. That should have been included in my reservation when I paid for the trip.

Jaimee and Samantha were absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in, they went above and beyond, guiding us through all the incredible adventures the island has to offer. We loved the experience so much that we’re already planning to come back next month! Thank you to both of them and the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return! 🌴✨💙

We arrived early after drive from Key Largo on the third leg of our road trip. We were feeling the effects of the journey so far and so appreciated the welcome from Jayme, the introductory glass of champagne and his help finding a room so we could check in early. He took our bags to the room and helped us throughout our stay. A nice venue and the hourly shuttle bus to the old harbour and back was easy to use and a treat.

This was a great place for a breezy brunch watching the breaking fish and boats! Nikola was our waiter and was very attentive in a laid back way! Food was great! Ambiance was great! Great time!
