Front Desk Customer Service is Beyond Good
We unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to illness. The quick response and help I received from the front desk manager, Ashwin, has to be shouted out. If he is any indication of how staff and customer service is at The Perry Hotel Key West then I can’t wait until we rebook our trip! Thank you, Ashwin! You made a difficult time less difficult for me and my family.

Disappointing rooms!
The lobby and restaurant were wonderful, the concierge team was the best. The fact they rent golf carts right at the hotel is a plus cause it’s 20 min ride at least to Duvall street. The room was supper disappointing, the mattress was horrible, the chair in the room looked like something that came out of a dumpster. Vinyl was peeling off and got all over you when you sit in it. I won’t stay there again.

Romina is the best trivia hostess !!! I’ve never had a trivia hostess like Romina, truly incredible, no question about it, best I’ve ever seen. No one does it better!!!

Hidden Gem, Great Staff!
This hotel is truly a hidden gem on Stock Island. We love being close to Key West without feeling right in the middle of the crowds, and the property offers everything you could want for a relaxing stay. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly — every interaction feels genuine and welcoming. Our absolute favorite spot is the Salty Oyster pool bar. Regina and Zack are fantastic and always make us feel like locals rather than guests. On our most recent visit, a sudden wind and temperature drop could have ended the evening early. Instead, Regina jumped into action, lowering the outside doors and lighting the heaters. Before we knew it, everyone gathered together, strangers turned into fast friends, and the night became one of the highlights of our stay. She truly saved the evening and created a memorable experience for everyone.
