We booked this hotel 5 months ago as we knew the city and hotel would be packed for the Taylor Swift weekend. The positive was that in January the hotel was extremely helpful with great recommendations (thank you Sofia and Adelca). Then early May (2 weeks prior to our arrival) it was impossible to get any response from the hotel regarding car transfers from the airport. We would receive an automated email saying they are extremely busy to please call instead but when we tried calling multiple times we had no luck speaking to anyone! It was only once I sent an email to the manager and had American Express call that we started receiving a response. We booked the transfer from the airport and were told that the hotel changed the system so that was the reason they hadn’t responded. We arrived at the hotel to then being told that we hadn’t paid for our rooms. After showing them that they were paid for months ago they apologized and explained their system had changed and the information did not carry over. Then we asked for the Amex benefits which they couldn’t find and they again apologized once they found them. While checking out they tried to make us pay for the rooms again so we had to go through the entire process again. When they tried to charge us for the car transport it was 50% higher than what I had ordered and had to find the confirmation of the booking to prove the amount that it should have been. On the positive side they did provide a hair straightener which was nice. However if you try to reach the front desk when they have a queue no one will answer the phone to assist you. The servers at breakfast were kind and helpful. All in all the facilities were fine but the service was lacking not worthy of a 5 star hotel rating.

I have had 5 stays here with my work. The hotel and service is five star. Truly international feel. Close to everything if you want to experience Stockholm. The rooms are stunning with a burlesque feel. My best recommendation for both work and pleasure.

Stayed at many hotels in Stockholm but this is by far the best. Great location for shops and Gamla Stand. Great rooms, cool bar on the roof, Amazing service from everybody from reception, waiters and all staff. A breakfast that puts other hotels to shame- really great and with their own in house bakery- totally yummy! Really fabulous and will definitely stay there again.

Very good hotel for everybody, close to Stockholm city. I like the kind and freindly people at the breakfast.

Nice and clean room. We felt very comfortable. De staff is very friendly and halpful. We enjoied our stay very much. Around the Hotel are a lot of Restaurants and it is in a very central area. We felt very safe around the area and in the Hotel. The Breakfast Buffet was amazing at the Hotel.
