Great location for walkability, coffee in the room

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

We took the train from the airport to Stockholm Central Station, and it is about a 15-20 minute walk, a little uphill to the hotel. Hotel is very walkable to Gamla Stan, Royal Palace, Royal Swedish Opera House, and to other sights. Room was comfortable with a long couch. Coffee maker with good coffee in the room. Robes and slippers. We asked at the front desk for more coffee and creamers and in a short time, someone came up with more. There is also turn-down where they refill the coffee, but one night they missed our room. The closet area is small. I used all the hangers and double hung my clothes that had fit in my backpack. Large umbrella available. The breakfast buffet was nice with freshly made croissants and cardamon rolls, fruits, yogurts, eggs, breakfast meat. Of interesting note was that I didn't see any normal creamer for coffee but oak milk so non-dairy people - rejoice. One day, we did ask for creamer or milk from someone. Opens 6:30 am weekday; 7:30 am weekends. There is a free gym and saunas (men and women's). The women's sauna felt like a good temperature and size. The men's sauna was out of order in April. At night, we used our Fine Hotel $100 credit at the bar. They had interesting and tasty drinks in a quiet, chill atmosphere.

Nice hotel, excellent staff but I'm not sure I'd consider it luxurious.

I had a good experience. Really appreciated the coffees ready at breakfast and the great staff. I'll give a special call out to Antonio. Also found the gym really nice, hotel location is perfect too. My criticism would be that I think the room service food could be better, maybe more seasoning and especially should be served hot, was lukewarm at best.

2 nights stay in Stockholm

Excellent, quiet room and a great bathroom in a well run hotel in the centre of Stockholm. Very good breakfast offering all that could be wanted (hot and cold food).

Horrible hot stay.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Don’t stay at this hotel. No temperature control in the rooms. It was like sleeping in hell. So hot. They gave us fans and send the maintenance crew would turn it down. Lies. Horrible stay. They final moved us at 1 am to another room with door then it was extremely noise.
