FABULOUS hotel
This was my first time in Sweden and Stockholm. The hotel was exceptional and the staff (everyone) could not have been any better. Concierge service was very helpful and provided me with many resources - I never felt rushed. Check in and check out was prompt. I had early arrival times and the hotel accomodated me both times. Doormen and housekeeping staff were courteous and polite. I will definitely be returning to Stockholm (so much to see and do) and will return to The Grand

The perfect spot for a weekend in Stockholm
A stunning and perfectly located hotel to enjoy the delights of Stockholm. Which amazing staff from start to finish with lovely food options available via 4 onsite restaurants. Concierge were always on hand and booked a river tour and sorted Bikes & Helmets for us to use one day. We had a water view room which was unbelievable. Highly recommend a stay for a special occasion, it was our silver wedding anniversary hence the stay at such a nice hotel and we loved every moment of the hotel and the city!

Great anniversary stay!
My husband and I stayed at this property in Sept. 2025 for our 10-year wedding anniversary. It is beautifully appointed and in a nice, walkable location. The spa facilities were excellent. So was the breakfast. We had a couple initial service hiccups, but the staff more than compensated for them and recovered very quickly. The property has great views, is very quiet, and is in excellent condition despite having an historic feel. We will definitely return when in Stockholm!

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a corporate event for 130 guests at Grand Hôtel Stockholm, including accommodation, a gala dinner and a show production, and I can only say that once again Grand Hôtel delivered at the very highest level. From the first contact with the sales team, through the entire planning and pre-event process, and all the way to the on-site execution, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care and attention to detail. Organising an event of this scale is never simple, and what makes Grand Hôtel so special is their ability to combine precision and efficiency with warmth and genuine hospitality. I have worked with Grand Hôtel repeatedly over time, and what continues to impress me is not only the consistently high standard of delivery, but also the human touch that defines every interaction. No matter how experienced and high-performing the team is, they always remain humble, approachable and truly service-minded. That makes a tremendous difference when working on complex events. On site, the execution was seamless. The coordination, the atmosphere, the quality of the accommodation, and the delivery of the gala dinner and production all reflected excellence from start to finish. Our guests were in the very best hands. It is rare to find a hotel that delivers so consistently at such a high level, while always maintaining such a personal, elegant and human approach.
