No change area and showers for fitness centre
A beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. It is close to everything and everything is very classy. My only complaint is that, while there is a lovely gym area and fitness centre, there is no place for clients to change their clothes or shower before and after using the fitness centre. They charge a ridiculous amount of money to use the spa and the assumption is that users of the gym will then pay money to use the spa. If we don't want to use the spa, we are forced to traipse through this beautiful hotel in bathrobes or stinky gym clothes. This is the only hotel that I've ever seen that does this. Everything else in the hotel was wonderful. Service, food, location, friendliness.

One of the few hotels who can rival the Four Seasons. A very good mixture of refinement and tradition. The location is of course outstanding across the water from the Royal Castle. Outstanding staff at a very personable level.

Amazing hotel
Outstanding experience all around. Gorgeous, very comfortable room (junior suite) with great view of Royal Palace in this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, museums. Very safe location. The concierge was even able to book us a canal tour from her computer. The staff members were all professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel has several restaurants, and the food and service in those we tried were excellent.
