Grand by name and grand by nature - excellent stay in Stockholm's finest hotel
No one will accuse the Grand of being a bargain given the room rates, but it delivers a great experience with stylish, clean and comfortable accommodation, top-notch food and drink enhanced by friendly and effective service. We did the Julbord while there which was a great family experience and not to be missed if you are there in December. Breakfasts in the Bar Area were outstanding - some of the best we have had anywhere.

Happy as always
Perfect location. Very friendly people; they make you feel like you're at home; everybody is doing their best to be unobtrusive, yet helpful in a very pleasant but never subservient way. Everybody is always friendly and courteous, never obnoxious . Classic elegance without tasteless overdoing it. Simply old world elegance.

Wonderful Staff
Wonderful hotel! The staff were welcoming and kind. Isak at concierge was an absolute gem. He told me about visiting the Stockholm City Hall which gave so much history on the Nobel prizes. I asked him about seafood restaurants not only did he recommend, he walked my mother and I over to the restaurant. The hotel is located within walking distance of the opera house, the royal palaces and the main square. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful. It was my birthday and they left a nice treat in our room.

Best Hotel ever. Staff, food and service are amazing. We will go back as often as we can . They are the best staff we have ever had.
