Stunning and Welcoming Hotel and staff
Fabulous experience, from the moment I landed at the front door to checking in, the hotel is like a castle the history the gorgeous interior and my bedroom was beautiful so comfortable and extravagant feel, I had coffee while sitting on my poof at my desk. Then had a bath surrounded by marble and I could listen to music w the speakers in there and relax after flying from Australia. The breakfast was in a glass style room looking at the castle. I had Dinner and wine at the stunning bar, honestly this is a must visit for a stay, Dine or drink. We had a FIA / UAOA conference there and the food and service was outstanding. I particularly want to say that Eric was the outstanding staff member first person i met at the door and last person I met too. Thank you Carol Armstrong 🇮🇪🤗🇦🇺

Grand hotel not so grand.
The hotel needs updating & smells of mold in the rooms. They cover it up by using strong cleaning products. I had terrible allergic reaction at this hotel. It’s a great location & breakfast is good, but it was hard to sleep because of the strong odors.

Elegant Hotel
The hotel is elegant and historic. You feel like royalty staying there. I am a light sleeper and first we were in a room on the third floor and I could hear music from outside. I would not recommend a lower level room if you are a light sleeper. They moved us to a room on the seventh floor in a newer part of the building and it was much more quiet - I finally got a good night's sleep! The beds are super comfortable. Good air conditioning. The staff were amazing and so helpful with tips.

The best luxury hotel in Stockholm
For our visit to Stockholm (which we loved), we chose to stay at the Grand Hotel. I'm happy that we made the best choice possible. The Grand Hotel is perfect - beautiful common areas, sumptuous rooms, excellent dining, and professional and refined service. Our room was perfectly soundproofed and allowed us to have an amazing view of the harbor and old town. Highly recommended!

Grand Hotel, Stockholm is FANTASTIC!
I simply cannot say enough great things about the Grand Hotel in Stockholm. From the moment we walked in to the hotel to the moment we left, the staff made sure our stay was memorable. Service, staff, food, and drink were all top notch and over the top! Fantastic location from Royal Palace and Old Town made sightseeing so easy.
