Radisson Collection Strand Hotel, Stockholm

The perfact oasis in central Stockholm. Highly recommend staying here and paying extra for the breakfast.

Nice location Some waiting at arrival, member reception not attended to Room very small, especially the bathroom, seems even for that city to be low value for the cost Room service tasty but didn’t deliver all that was ordered Minibar heats up desk it is put under so that nothing fresh can be stored on it

We had high expectations for this hotel but were repeatedly disappointed with everything from surly staff who argued with me when I reported no QR code, and was bothered when I checked out at 3am for early connection, missing room QR code necessary for accessing room service menu and ordering (needed to call restaurant to order and they didn’t always answer the phone because restaurant is also a trendy bar) room service done by third party so meals arrived cold on trays (no carts with hot boxes) and breakfast was not what we ordered on overnight menu card. My overall recommendation would be to stay anywhere else but Raddison Collection Strand Hotel if you go to Stockholm.

Really impressed with the Radisson Strand. It’s a great location with a walk to almost every place. Comfortable and excellent service. If your going to site see Stockholm, this should be your place.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Collection Strand and had an outstanding experience! I used to stay at this hotel many years ago before we had children, and returning for a staycation with our newborn was even better than the last time. The room was perfect, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall standard for the price was remarkable. You wouldn’t find a hotel of this quality in London or New York for the same price! A special shout-out to Evelina at the front desk, whose professionalism and warm smile made a huge difference. She was always ready to help, and even when we were waiting to check in, there was fresh water, sparkling water, Swedish cinnamon buns, and snacks available, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, Kim at the front desk was also incredibly helpful—he’s a good-looking, intelligent, and smart guy who made our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you also goes to Nancy in the breakfast area, who was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate my wife’s allergies, making our stay even more comfortable. I strongly recommend anyone visiting Stockholm to book this hotel. It truly is incredible! Feel free to use this as you need!
