Radisson Collection Strand Hotel, Stockholm

Nice hotel and the sea view was lovely. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good, as was the service.

Whole disappointment as a rewards member. Reception not helpful. Breakfast really not worth taking at the hotel.

Can't beat this location... It's in the heart of the harbor area with very close proximity to the Grand Hotel and King's palace. Lots of boat activity directly outside front of hotel, but also walkable to museums, parks, business districts, train, etc. Restaurant is nice, but only experienced breakfast, which was decent. Service was acceptable, but not exceptional (perhaps a bit too formal and less friendly than expected). There is a rooftop bar that appeared to be quite popular with a young and hip crowd.

Amazing location, good rooms. Great rooftop bar. Staff is really helpful and courteous. View from hotel is good. Restaurant at ground level is also good.

Look at that picture…it looks beautiful…from the outside it is…my room…is so small…window onto a central section that never sees the sun…the corridor smells like an old age home…I had to exit the toilet to wipe myself….the room is the worst I’ve stayed in since Loret de Mar….when I was 18…. It’s so disappointing… Yesterday….went to the roof bar for drinks…prices ok for hotels is Scandinavia… but I asked for some crisps…. F**k me… 75 (about £6….for a small bowl of crisps)…I’ve never been charged for these at this quality hotel…. It’s not like the drinks are cheap!!! Today we wanted a drink….the bar downstairs was closed for guests for a private party…and the roof top bar was just closed….
