Radisson Collection Strand Hotel, Stockholm

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Radisson Collection Strand. The room was well appointed, I stay in corner room and the view is amazing and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. The hotel’s location is one of its strongest features, with easy walking access to Gamla Stan and other key attractions. Overall, the atmosphere, comfort, and convenience made this a pleasant stay, and I would happily return in the future.

The perfact oasis in central Stockholm. Highly recommend staying here and paying extra for the breakfast.

We had high expectations for this hotel but were repeatedly disappointed with everything from surly staff who argued with me when I reported no QR code, and was bothered when I checked out at 3am for early connection, missing room QR code necessary for accessing room service menu and ordering (needed to call restaurant to order and they didn’t always answer the phone because restaurant is also a trendy bar) room service done by third party so meals arrived cold on trays (no carts with hot boxes) and breakfast was not what we ordered on overnight menu card. My overall recommendation would be to stay anywhere else but Raddison Collection Strand Hotel if you go to Stockholm.

Really impressed with the Radisson Strand. It’s a great location with a walk to almost every place. Comfortable and excellent service. If your going to site see Stockholm, this should be your place.
