Radisson Collection Strand Hotel, Stockholm

Amazing location, good rooms. Great rooftop bar. Staff is really helpful and courteous. View from hotel is good. Restaurant at ground level is also good.

Look at that picture…it looks beautiful…from the outside it is…my room…is so small…window onto a central section that never sees the sun…the corridor smells like an old age home…I had to exit the toilet to wipe myself….the room is the worst I’ve stayed in since Loret de Mar….when I was 18…. It’s so disappointing… Yesterday….went to the roof bar for drinks…prices ok for hotels is Scandinavia… but I asked for some crisps…. F**k me… 75 (about £6….for a small bowl of crisps)…I’ve never been charged for these at this quality hotel…. It’s not like the drinks are cheap!!! Today we wanted a drink….the bar downstairs was closed for guests for a private party…and the roof top bar was just closed….

Location 10/10. Rooms very small for what you pay. We found rotten eggs in the minibar. The room wasn’t ready even though it was almost 18:00. The excuse was that the faucet was leaking (but of course they didn’t check the room in the whole day). The worst Radisson I have stayed in so far. If you have the chance to visit another one, please, miss it.

Radisson Collection Strand Hotel, Stockholm, må ha den beste beliggenheten, rett ut mot kaiene. Ut av inngangen, kryss gata og der ligger ferjer og sightseeing boats. Kjøpesentrene ligger på rekke og rad opp mot sentralstasjonen, 19-20 minutter unna. vi ble mottatt med fin service av de ansatte, vi var en gruppe på 71 stk, godt voksne. Fine rom med greie bad, safe, mulig å lage seg kaffe eller te, minibar uten innhold som du kunne bruke til egne ting. Meget bra frokostbuffet og du kunne bestille hvordan du ønsket eggene. Vi hadde felles middag på ankomstkvelden, veldig bra👍🏻. Baren hadde det meste, men enkelte av betjeningen kunne vært litt mere på. Men alt i alt meget fornøyd. Radisson Collection Strand Hotel, Stockholm, must have the best location, right on the quays. Out of the entrance, cross the street and there are ferries and sightseeing boats. The shopping centers are located in a row up towards the central station, 19-20 minutes away. We were received with great service by the staff, we were a group of 71 people, well-grown adults. Nice rooms with decent bathrooms, safe, possibility to make coffee or tea, minibar without content that you could use for your own things. Very good breakfast buffet and you could order how you wanted the eggs. We had dinner together on the night of arrival, very good 👍🏻. The bar had most of it, but some of the staff could have been a little more on. But all in all very satisfied.

If you want any service avoid this place. No cheerful staff to greet you, no roof top bar with some excuse that it was too cold and heaven help you as a guest that you want a night cap after 11. Hospitality is exactly that and this hotel is a big fail. I travel the world and this is not a place you want to be.ps the towels are old and scratchy.
