Posh boutique hotel in center of town. Spotless, courtyard aesthetically very pleasing. We stayed only one night for pre cruise and way exceeded our expectations . Lastly the breakfast cannot be beat. More then fair value.

GREAT STAY AT VILLA DAGMAR
We had an excellent stay at Villa Dagmar. The front desk team offered warm, attentive service from the moment we arrived, and the elegant breakfast each morning was a real highlight. Our pre‑dinner experience at the Garden Bar was especially pleasant — relaxed, stylish, and perfectly hosted. Our room was wonderfully quiet and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after fun days in Stockholm. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful upgrade, which made the visit even more special. Everything was excellent; we couldn’t think of anything that could have been better.

Stylish centrally located hotel with excellent breakfasts
Excellent quiet location but very central in an upmarket pedestrian area. Ideal for visiting all the attractions including the old town, museum quarter and access to boat trips. We loved the stylish, beautifully decorated central courtyard where we had breakfast and late evening drinks. Breakfast was first class and the other meals we had there were also very good. The room was very pleasant overlooking the inner courtyard and the bed was comfortable. We would have preferred to be offered a welcome drink in check in rather than the red wine left in the room for us as I don’t drink red wine but was told that no complimentary white wine was available. This was the only negative and is only a minor thing. The staff were uniformly polite and helpful and quickly sorted out a couple of errors that had been added to our bill. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm.

Quite good
Service was decent. Gave me an attic-style room on the top floor with no windows but cozy. The restaurant and room service were underwhelming. Location wise on a pedestrian street so cars can’t reach the hotel. Street noise can be very bad. Entrance and layout was confusing but decor was elegant and relaxing. Overall much better than Hotel Diplomat.
