The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and the bar area was gorgeous, with the bartender mixing up an excellent cocktail. The service at the bar was top-notch, and the meal was delicious. Unfortunately, the pool was under refurbishment during our quick getaway, but the hot tub was still open.

Took a chance on a late spring ski trip and it was amazing. No lines at the lifts, snowed 2 of the 3 days and was in the 30's so still warm. Skiied is fresh powder for 2 days, many times alone on a slope making fresh tracks. Resort was super convenient to suit up and get to the slopes in minutes. Food was very good and the staff was super accomidating. Loved the fireplace in the room. Out first trip to VT and we'll be back!

After a 9+ hour drive my son and I were ready to relax. When we arrived at the lodge, valet was easy- they unloaded all of our bags and took our skis to the complimentary ski valet where the skis were labeled and put out every morning. It was such a relief to have help with the bags and skis and it was incredibly easy each morning to find our skis and get going. We went skiing on 4/2 & 4/3 and even though it rained over night on 4/2, the skiing was fine the next day because of the base already on the mountain. The hotel has an expansive view and indoor/outdoor pool with two large hot tubs. We used the pool area each night which was also equipped with towels. Even though the hotel was fully booked for Easter, it never felt too crowded to us. The grounds were expansive and well kept. Our studio room had a kitchenette with a double burner, microwave, sink, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and dishes/silverware. I was impressed with the use of space in the kitchen as it had many open cupboards if you bring food from home. There is also complimentary coffee each morning outside of Alpine Hall. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would absolutely return.
