The location is great - it has an ice skating rink, an "easier" mountain to practice on, convenience store, and on-site restaurants. There's also a heated pool and jacuzzi. However, customer service is lacking here. We especially had one extremely weird run-in with one of the porters named Pete. We liked our experience but may look at other places before coming back.

Great location to bring the family to ski love this ski valet staff is always friendly and helpful the price is not for the faint of heart but you get what you pay for here

The Lodge location is really great. This year was our third time here. The service, valet parking and ski valet are prompt and very courteous. The unit (Timberline Studio) was okay for the price paid (I rented one-bedroom slopeside in Snowmass for this price), there could be a couple more glasses available. The village area is awesome and beautifully lighted. Breakfast options could be better. Skiing was fantastic, we were lucky to have excellent conditions. We'll be back.

Seems like a lot of reviews are confused between The Lodge at Spruce Peak and Stowe mountain. Regarding the Lodge, we found it clean and we were told since we got a one room that we might not get two beds. We were prepared with air mattresses. We ended up getting two beds so air mattresses weren’t needed. It would have been a long few days with just one bed. Food and alcohol are expensive. But so is the nightly stay. So I expected it. I wish there was a pizza place on the grounds but there isn’t. Other families ordered food from local pizza places. The pool was tough, it’s advertised as heated and it was. The temp was not desirable. People said it was cold because it’s been a cold winter. Maybe I don’t know. It was far from relaxing. Our check in was seamless. Checking out was odd. It took at least 30 minutes to get the car so keep that in mind when everyone’s check out is 11. I am not sure if the issue was me tipping the valet when my bags were picked up from the room but I thought valet would help pack the car. They didn’t and I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t tip the guy who drove my car to the front door. I even had to clear the snow off of it.

We had a bad experience here, especially for the cost. We were promised two beds in our room only to be given one bed for four people. Valet broke our car and we had to have it towed. We were totally stranded with little kids and they wouldn't even give us a late check out. They gave me a box of chocolates for my troubles. The ski passes were $250 per person each day. That's more than Disney World. It is insanity. There are such better places for a fraction of the price. Just not worth it.
