Wonderful hotel in Sultanahmet.
The Awja Sultanahmet was a wonderful surprise at the end of our trip. The rooms are decorated with traditional inlaid furniture which makes them very special. The restroom was impeccable. The restaurant is located on the top floor with an excellent view of Istanbul which makes your breakfast very enjoyable. The location is excellent, walking distance to the Haga Sofia, Blue Mosque, Tokapi and of course, the Grand and Egyptian bazaars. I would definitely recommend it.

Top notch all around
Excellent customer service all around, from front desk to concierge to restaurant staff. Room and facilities condition are very nice, very clean and lives up to its luxury status. I also enjoyed the spa (hammam and express massage) and it was such a treat, absolutely delightful after a day of walking!

I can’t say enough about the staff here! From the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant staff - amazing!! Many hotels have lost the art of welcoming - AJWA has not! Their excitement and eagerness to help is unmatched! All this, and the hotel is a beautiful Turkish ornate boutique hotel that is well kept, very clean! Our time spent there was wonderful!
