The Best Experience end-to-end
My wife and I stayed at AJWA Sultanahmet for 4 night and it was a superb experience. The communication which started before we arrived was excellent. Every staffs we talked to from front desk, restaurant managers / staff (morning and evening shifts) were professional and friendly. Most importantly, the concierge staffs (Omar and Volkan) were the best I have ever worked with. our room was top north, very comfortable. Blackout shade was icing on top to help us recovering from jet lag :) Also, the house keeper was super friendly. PS: we stayed in room 407 from Sept 30 to Oct 3

A Truly Wonderful Stay in Istanbul!
We recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Sultanahmet, and everything was simply perfect from start to finish. We arrived as a group of four adults, and the staff welcomed us as if we were family. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional — helping us with every little detail, from our airport transfer to restaurant suggestions and local tips. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious — the best way to start a day exploring the city! The location couldn’t be better — within walking distance of all the main sights, yet calm and peaceful when you return after a busy day. We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make it feel special — something we’ll never forget. Thank you to the entire team for your warmth and hospitality. You truly made our trip to Istanbul unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back!

Old world charm in a modern hotel
Excellent boutique hotel with a great location in the old town. Walkable to the most popular sites. The rooms are Old World charming, with heavy draperies, marble bath, ornate decor. The staff is friendly and anxious to please.

Wonderful location to visit all the main turistic points of the city and a decór that pays tribute to the cultural environment. Additionally, the staff was always available to make unforgetable our journey in Istanbul.

Exceptional!
Staying at the AJWA Sultanahmet was one of the absolute best hotel experiences of my life. The staff are amazing, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! The location is superb and the amenities are impressive. That being said, the staff at the AJWA made my stay exceptional.
