Home away from home - Just Amazing
What an amazing staff The hotel is jewel right in the middle of everything you would want to see The restaurant is amazing Everyone is so helpful and accommodating, especially in the new city they all helped us so much From Laila who helped us wi the our rooms at the last minute to the concierge they arranged everything for us and understanding the city somewhat now that was the best decision to arrange the boat and the land tour as well Absolutely recommend

Divine surprise
This hotel is ideally located in the old city, walking distance to most of the spots to visit when in Istambul. The service is utterly professional and pleasant. Concierge, front desk, room service and spa could compete with any 5* more expensive hotel I know anywhere on the planet. The Sultan suite is outstanding by size and its traditional design. The only drawback is that no alcool is served and bringing your own drink in the restaurant is not allowed. So I did not experience the restaurant. Room service is however excellent and fast.

If you want to live a luxury experience with the best service in an historial ambience, this is The Hotel.. it’s a must for the interior design lovers and any one who really appreciate every detail. The staff is highly educated, very kindly and the rooms are beautiful as well as the bathroom. Also loved the library and all the furniture and decor
