Very comfortable and pleasant stay!
Very friendly staff. The Reception and the Concierge were more than willing to answer all our queries. The Bell captain was extremely helpful in arranging transportation for us. Very clean and tidy. Rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. Good central location but a bit of uphill and downhill walking to visit nearby places.

Ver helpful, polite and profesional staff at the desk, breakfast, etc. Central location to visit historic sites. Hotel has all the important details to make you stay very pleasant. Good walking shoes and physics are necessary as all is very steep.

Beautiful, unique hotel
Beautiful, unique hotel with great service. Very clean. Our stay was comfortable for our family. Breakfast had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. Few issues - pool/hamam areas were split by men only in the morning/afternoon and women only in the late afternoon/night, which made it impossible to enjoy together as a family; hot water for the shower also ran out after a while; baby crib was not in the best condition. However, overall great location and we enjoyed our stay.
