as honeymooners, this resort is too much axed to families. But perfect for families and groups (incentives). The game drives are done in trucks, not 4x4 cars. So until 20 persons by truck. If you are looking for exclusive safari experience, not the right place. Pilanesberg is a beautiful area especialy in the morning. The lodge is very well maintained, clean (gardens, rooms, restaurant ...). Breakfast and dinner are buffet ; a large choice of food. Possibility to eat outside, great ! Very easy access by car. And swith on your television to watch the camera of the hide ! Very good idea.

Traveled by myself for Safari for 3 nights ahead of a friends wedding in Cape Town. The venue was in a beautiful setting on the edge of Pilanesberg National Park. Game drives were incredible with a smaller park than others I felt like the chances of seeing a lot of the animals was much higher!

The lodge ticked all the right boxes as usual. Accommodations and staff were awesome. Self-game drives resulted in us seeing the Big Five and all the big cats. We were very lucky. Looking forward to our next holiday here next year.

Amazing service and staff. Got an amazing turndown gift in room for our honeymoon. Everyone is friendly and always willing to assist. Game drive was amazing.

Family of 4 - stayed here in February half term. Resort is clean, staff are friendly and food was nice. Felt safe at the resort which is super important especially when travelling with young kids. Used a company called She-Fari for our safari experiences. They specialise in catering for solo female travellers and families. I would highly recommend them, Debbie, daughter & the team do a great job looking after and catering for the guest!
