Best hotel Miami _ ask for Dianelis
Dianelis has been amazing upon our arrival. It’s the hospitality and VIP treatment at our very 1st welcome. She’s make you feel like home. This hotel has become our home away from home. As nurse we deal with so many people/ advocate for our patience and to be taking care off while taking much needed break felt amazing. She’s very professional and welcoming and definitely the reason why we will be booking this hotel anytime we come back to Miami. Everyone at the hotel is so nice and friendly and it’s so clean and fresh: they have help us with groceries and delivery to our door. We definitely had the VIP TREATMENT and I can’t thank the staff enough: this is our home away from home. Best part is access to the beach.

Dianelis have been very pleasant and accommodating to all of our request. Hospitality is beyond recognition. She's very untune with every guest and very knowledgeable of her job. I would definitely come back. She made my stay memorable 💓

Amazing experience
In Marenas Beach Resort you simply feel at home. From the very early experience, reception team is smiling and very helpful. The rooms are quite clean and capacious, fully loaded with what you need. The house keeping is wonderful. Location is very convenient and the view is amazing. The beach is clean and the beach team is wonderful. I can’t forget the valiet service. I didn’t use the restaurant but the coffee was great. I’m sure that I will be here again in the near future.

Manuel at the beach club was the best
Really good place for a quick weekend getaway with family Manue suarez at the beach will set you up with umbrellas chairs, tables, towels and Everything you need to enjoy your day at the beach Great food and drink service too at the beach club Secon time I have stayed here and now will definently come here more often with the fam

I just returned from Marenas and had a wonderful time! The resort is beautiful, rooms are perfect and clean, bed is super comfy and all of the staff are terrific. Always a smiling face and a happy hello! Great stay, booked it for my sister's anniversary in June.

I recently spent a week holiday in Miami and stayed at Marenas Resort. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The room we stayed in was very large and had a gorgeous view of Miami. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and the food was fabulous.

The rooms were great with fantastic views. They were clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. The bone-in-rib eye that Tommy cooked was the best we've ever eaten. Tommy was great! The food was superb. All of the staff was nice and accommodating. Your attitudes were very focused on us as the customer, that is very refreshing.
