Not as great as it should be
The hotel is just ok for the price. It’s a good location in surfside and the beach and pool are beautiful. The good ends there. The beds are very hard. Our whole family left with back aches. The furniture on the balcony is hard wood with no cushions so we could not sit out there comfortably. The restaurant is just ok, and expensive for what it is. The drink service at the pool is very slow as they only have one bartender for the whole resort. The coffee bar service was slow too and sometimes no one was working there. I also had an issue where I left an item in our room and it magically disappeared within 8 hours of us checking out. In other words, the cleaning staff took it. In the end, there are many choices on Miami Beach and I wish we had stayed elsewhere.
