Crown Towers Sydney

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel in Sydney. Forst the good - it has two redeeming features: very good rooms with views and a great location on the water. But there the good ends. The service is so poor, I won’t stay there again. I had to call FOUR times over two days to have my room cleaned. And i was made to feel like I was imposing. The mini bar was never refilled, clothes were not tidied away etc. It was just so disappointing and frustrating.

My recent stay 21st–22nd March unfortunately did not meet the standard I expected from Crown. Arrival was disorganised, with no clear greeting, assistance with luggage, or valet support available. Having to seek help myself set a poor tone from the beginning. While the room itself was lovely, several service and maintenance issues. Requests like champagne glasses and an ice bucket required multiple follow ups and a number of in room features such as remote controls, curtains, and TV connectivity were not functioning properly and could not be resolved. There was also a lack of clear room service information which felt surprising for a hotel of this calibre. Unfortunately I won't be returning to Crown Towers.

The bed was very comfortable, and a nice large shower Great view of Sydney Harbour where you leave the curtains open all night A large gym with all the equipment you can think of and the spa area was very impressive and let not forget the pool, a great place to be

The business facilities were top-tier, making it easy to stay productive. Overall, Crown Towers Sydney exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect choice for business travellers seeking a premium experience, and I would absolutely stay again without hesitation.
