Great location, tired room
Very good and central location but very tired rooms in Heritage section, staff service was inconsistent.

Very Disappointing
We were really looking forward to this experience and were sadly disappointed. Certainly not value for money. 4 small savoury items, 4 sweet plus 2 scones each for $90. Service was very poor. Waited at least 10 mins for a replacement plate. Also put our tea on the bill as an extra charge! When we asked about hot items we were told we could purchase from the main menu. Go elsewhere!!

Top class hotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fullerton. It is ideally located in the heart of Sydney’s shopping and business district close to a multitude of attractions and excellent restaurants. Our room was large and luxurious and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. It was also very good value for the five star experience it provides. Highly recommended.

Fabulous location, great rooms, need to fix the bedding!
Love this hotel, great location at the heart of the city with shopping on your doorstep. Despite the rooms being a bit older now they are still so stylish and well maintained. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and we slept badly as we were too hot. Apart from that it’s a beauty building, great cocktails, great service.

The Heritage Rooms where Beautiful and large in size. Staff where extremely helpful Location was great for walking to all things we did There was a small amount of construction going on but didn't bother us to much
