Lovely Hotel, Heritage Section, Small Issues for Management to Address
Review shared with hotel internally regards some small issues that were probably not indicative of a reputable five star hotel. In saying that the heritage section of the hotel is something special and was a pleasure to stay in during our Sydney visit.Service from all staff also very good so issues we had were mre related to processes that management needs to address.

Great Location & Good Gym Facilities
Love the Heritage rooms and the gym facilities are fantastic compared to other hotels. The hotel is also in a very central iner-city location, it is an easy walk to the QVB, Pitt Steet Mall and a little further but still an easy walk to The Rocks and Circular Quay. Woolworth Metro is also a short and easy walk away.
