Average Experience nothing memorable
Hotel in convenient location, although the actual room is a little bit old and probably in-need of a renovation. Staff service is average not bad, not great, as the staff just comes across as a little bit robotic with a lack of smile and just doesn’t feel very welcoming (but I like to emphasize they are not rude or anything, in fact they are very efficient, maybe it is just a big city thing where hotel staff don’t smile and don’t come across as friendly to their guest anymore). Room was clean when we arrive, but the room cleaning after day 1 was only average with trash and tea bag still left on the counter. Only bed was made and towel were change. Overall I will say it is an average experience, I wouldn’t say the stay was outstanding.

Loved my stay at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney!
the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better, right in the middle of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. My room was spacious, super clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and I really appreciated the little touches like quality toiletries and a great coffee setup.

very nice hotel and friendly staffs. I would reccomend without hesitation. The location is perfect, near Winyard station, the food is great. Staffs also friendly, they listen to you even when your english is not perfect. Was a very comfortable stay for me.

It was a pleasure to stay at The Fullerton Hotel during my trip to Sydney. All the staff were very kind (especially Andrew — thanks to you, breakfast was always a delight), the room condition was excellent, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was just perfect. I would love to stay at The Fullerton Hotel again on my next visit to Sydney, and I will gladly recommend it to my friends. Thank you.
