The Fullerton Hotel Sydney

Not the best Fullerton experience I had. For a highly raved and 5 star hotel, it has rather fall short to our expectation in terms of Front of House attentiveness.

I loved staying here. The location is brilliant, especially if you're spending time in the CBD. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is gorgeous, and from the moment I walked in, it felt like somewhere special. The room was a real surprise. I didn't expect it to be quite so lovely. It was spacious, beautifully presented, and most importantly, it looked and felt genuinely clean. The value for money was incredible considering the quality of the hotel and its location. The staff were all attentive, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Noise levels were generally very good. There was a brief clanging noise later one evening, but it didn't last long and certainly didn't impact my stay. I only wish I had more time to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney and it will be my go-to hotel every time I visit Sydney.

Amazing hotel that displays the heritage and craftsmanship of the building whilst also offering a modern feel. The room was very spacious with a large window to the street below. The onsite restaurants such as The Palace where we had our included buffet breakfast each morning was amazing. The food selection was vast and of great quality. The waiters/waitresses were attentive and no job was made to feel too hard. Always asking if there was anything they could do. The hotel is perfectly situated in the CBD and only a 10min walk to Darling Harbour. Will definitely be staying there in the future. 10/10

We recently stayed at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney for a work event that also happened to coincide with our anniversary, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in an Executive Suite, and it was beautiful. The room was immaculate, incredibly spacious, and had a real sense of luxury. We were lucky enough to have a corner room on the 24th floor with stunning views across the city. Check-in was seamless, and the lady who welcomed us was so lovely and helpful, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. We unfortunately missed afternoon tea and the canapés in the Club Lounge, but we did enjoy breakfast there the next morning. The food was lovely, the staff were exceptional, and I had one of the best coffees I've ever had. To make our anniversary even more special, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we felt incredibly lucky and grateful. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making the occasion so memorable. We also ordered room service. The sharing platter was lovely, and the calamari was absolutely incredible. We tried the late-night menu as well-the club sandwich and burger were nice, although not quite as impressive as the other dining experiences we had during our stay. Express checkout was quick and effortless, which was a great way to finish an already fantastic visit. We would absolutely recommend The Fullerton Hotel Sydney and will definitely be back. Thank you for such a memorable anniversary stay.
