Amazing Hotel
Great hotel to stay at. Spacious room. Quiet location and great staff. The chocolate covered strawberries as a room add on made it even better. If you get the pleasure of meeting Peter in Valet he will make your stay more enjoyable

A wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are so spaceous, functional and clean, and the service was impeccable. This is a beautiful hotel. We loved the architecture, particularly how the modern section is build so as not to detract from the original heritage building. We highly recommend staying here

Amazing staff and central location
Good location, close to public transport. Nearby theatres are within walking distance .Staff are amazing. Large room and good amenities.

Misleading Promotion
Living in Sydney, we thought it would be nice to spend two nights in the city for a birthday celebration and given the restaurants we wanted to visit, the Fullerton Hotel had the best location. Knowing that parking in the city is expensive and challenging, we took a package that came with parking included. The hotel met many expectations - very comfortable rooms, great bar area and great location, good breakfasts & friendly staff. After we checked out and returned home I was surprised to find at $90 charge for parking. When I queried it, I was told the parking included was for self-parking (not clear that was even available) and not valet parking. The location of the hotel meant that no other option appeared available. You arrive in the centre of the city with nowhere to go and hand over your car. There was no indication in the promotion that there was any difference and their refusal to accept the fact that the promotion was not clear in this regard, left a "sour taste" in what should have been a very good experience.

Extremely Disappointing Stay After Years of Loyalty
I’ve stayed at the Fullerton Sydney four times, but this stay was extremely disappointing. Housekeeping forgot to empty the trash on day one, and on day three my room was left with a strong body-odor smell after cleaning, forcing me to request a room change. A dropped cotton swab was never picked up, and there was hair left on the bathroom floor. One staff member was also noticeably cold to me but warm to the next guest. Overall, I no longer feel welcome and won’t stay here again.
