The Fullerton Hotel Sydney

I had a hiccup with In Room Dining. Firstly, the ordered item was not available, the respective attendant suggested alternatives but had no knowledge on the ingredients of these- thereafter it took more than an hour to receive delivery. Given the claim to luxury, this is not acceptable- the delivery was average at best. Other than that- obviously a great product in great location with excellently trained staff.

This visit was to recharge my batteries. I was treated very well, anything I asked for, it wasn’t too much trouble. Room service, house keeping, reception, breakfast - all were great. Love the central location. I left fully refreshed!

We are an elderly couple. The location is excellent for us so we didn't have to do a lot of walking. This hotel meets every expectation of a 5 star experience.

The Fullerton is our favourite hotel in Sydney. Perfectly located for shopping, transport and entertainment. The staff are always friendly, professional and helpful while never overbearing. It's so lovely to just relax in the lounge-bar, listen to the pianist and not be rushed away. The mix of heritage with modern architecture is tastefully executed and the views of the grand old Town Hall Clock from so many angles is endlessly fascinating.

I really had high hopes for this one. Room was not ready, told I'd get a text msg when it is. Past 3.30pm at this point and had gone to front desk and lady just checked us in and said they forgot. Upon arrival into room there was no dipped strawberries and champagne as per request fee days prior. The bath water was very muddy and not deemed useabke and the tap at the sink was explosive spraying water everywhere.
