Luxury weekend in the city
We had a suite. Room was exceptional and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Drinks in the bar were great and the club lounge staff are very helpful. Can’t wait to book again.

A beautiful hotel!
A great stay at this beautiful hotel. I few issues with housekeeping but overall a lovely 6 night stay. I would recommend, really close to all the visitor attractions.

Worse 5 star experience to date. Very poor presentation, over $ 150
Very poor presentation, guest experience and hotel doesn’t have carpark and misrepresent it , end up with nearly $200 for 2 days carpark

Not a 5 star hotel
I was looking forward to staying here as I love heritage hotels. Unfortunately, the heritage stops as soon as you come in. The exterior is beautiful but the interior is modern. The rooms are quite bland and lack character. Fair enough - taste is different. However the following should not be the case in a 5 star hotel: 1) Half drunk bottle of water from previous occupant in my minibar 2) no international sockets, no adapter in the room 3) everything was charged to my card before I even checked out, which lead to the need for reversals as part of my trip was personal and had to be charged to a different card 4) I was overcharged on a minibar item post checkout, but the hotel is ignoring my email requests for a refund I won’t be staying again.

Pleasant stay
Great location, convenient to the CBD, shops, restaurants and transport. Room was comfortable and functional. Fitness centre was well equipped and not very crowded!
