A great central hotel handy to all Sydney CBD amenities. Stayed in the heritage section which is wonderful accomodation.

Needs more renovation .
Needs improvement in terms of renovation in order to meet 5-star hotel standards. The headboard did show signs that it neede replacing, not to mention the visible head stains from sweat of the many previous visitors that have probably stayed at the Westin hotel.

Great location, tired room
Very good and central location but very tired rooms in Heritage section, staff service was inconsistent.

Very Disappointing
We were really looking forward to this experience and were sadly disappointed. Certainly not value for money. 4 small savoury items, 4 sweet plus 2 scones each for $90. Service was very poor. Waited at least 10 mins for a replacement plate. Also put our tea on the bill as an extra charge! When we asked about hot items we were told we could purchase from the main menu. Go elsewhere!!

Top class hotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fullerton. It is ideally located in the heart of Sydney’s shopping and business district close to a multitude of attractions and excellent restaurants. Our room was large and luxurious and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. It was also very good value for the five star experience it provides. Highly recommended.
