Stayed for 4 days on a business trip and had a great experience. The heritage charm was lovely, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, engaging, and attentive. Highly recommended!

We always stay at the Fullerton when we come to Sydney. It is a world class hotel with wonderful heritage rooms as well as ultramodern rooms, and beautiful glassed-in spacious atrium that joins the two and hosts multiple eating and resting areas. Everything about the place is great, but what makes it really special is the way you are treated by all of the staff, who make you feel like royalty and make you feel at home.

My experience was far below the standards I would expect from a hotel carrying the Fullerton brand name, which is well regarded in Singapore where I reside. I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 AM. As my room was not yet ready, I left my two luggages with reception and provided my mobile number as instructed, with the assurance that I would receive an SMS once the room was ready. Unfortunately, no such notification ever arrived. When I returned at 2:00 PM, a different receptionist informed me that my room was ready and assured me that my luggage would be delivered promptly. However, despite waiting for 40 minutes, no one brought my luggage. I had to call reception again, and was told it would be delivered immediately. After another 10 minutes, still nothing had happened. Exhausted after a long-haul flight and urgently needing to shower and rest, I eventually went downstairs myself. After speaking with the doorman, it took another 15 minutes to locate my luggage, which, shockingly, had been sent to the wrong room. In total, this entire ordeal took around 1 hour and 20 minutes before I finally received my belongings — without a single apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This experience left me extremely dissatisfied and has severely damaged my perception of your hotel. The careless handling of luggage, lack of communication, and absence of basic customer service are unacceptable for a hotel of your stature. I am very familiar with international standards of hospitality. This was my first stay with The Fullerton Hotel brand outside of Singapore, and regrettably, it will also be my last.

Good location! Nice hotel. Friendly reception. Lots of umbrellas available to help guests. Plumbing in the bathroom was problematic, always congested. Old shower fixtures, spraying water everywhere.
