Excellent Stay!
I completed 5-nights at the IC Sydney and had a wonderful stay! The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. The hotel is located just steps from some of Sydney's most iconic sites, including the Sydney Opera House and the Royal Botanic Gardens. The hotel is also close to Circular Quay, a hub for ferry service, and a few blocks from several public transportation options. The hotel also features a lovely pool and sauna. The breakfast spread in the Conservatory is exceptional (don't miss the options in the restaurant's pantry!). I look forward to returning in the future!

Poor service, Unhelpful staff
My experience was colored by a negative experience. I am on a wine tour and brought an expensive wine glass from home. It is a large glass and looks completely different than the hotel glasses. It was on my table when I left in the morning and was gone when I returned. The hotel was unhelpful and unresponsive in finding this missing item. They took no responsibility. I cannot recommend this hotel

A lot to offer
Very nice hotel with a fantastic location near the Opera House, Rocks, market, restaurants etc. Huge breakfast buffet that has so many options. Everything about the hotel is good to very good yet not exceptional. Maybe it is just to busy to to reach those heights. If you are in Sydney the location alone warrants a look at this hotel.

Amazing experience
Exceptional customer service and hotel, everything is 5 🌟. We added the breakfast and we're not dissapointed, it was the most amazing selection, with the added bonus of fruit and pastries to take with us. No request was a problem and our room was made up each day beautifully with little gifts on the bed! Thank you Bella and Sam for the extras. The pool view is unsurpassed and location cannot be beaten, we will definitely be back.

Unforgettable
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was a bit rainy during the week but the Lounge view from the 31st floor every morning with an incredible breakfest made every morning unforgettable. The staff if helpful and polite. Everyone was cheerful and welcoming which really made our stay that much more enjoyable. The location is perfect and provides a "once in a lifetime" experience.
