The service is so sub par it’s embarrassing. They’d rather empty a glass washer than serve you. You could be in the bar area and be ignored for.. well I really don’t know. After 40 mins I had to grab someone to serve me. Outside our room was a carpet wax stain, outside the elevators there was something else on the carpet .. nasty too. Both were there for days... great location.. bad hotel..

he loved us stay here we're currently sitting in the buffet. There's plenty of options. Two separate rooms one cold room one hot room. Campos coffee (enough said) He stayed in a king or I'm looking over the harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Stunning views. Heritage listed building inside, Immaculate vibes

Brilliant location. Few improvements needed.

Stayed recently for 5 nights with husband and children. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Room was overlooking the gardens. It was a squeeze for 4 of us with nowhere near enough storage for clothes/cases. I get the impression they cater more for shorter, corporate stays. Swimming pool was great, amazing views of the bridge and opera house. We swam every day and it was either empty or very few people in it. Well appointed gym also. WiFi excellent. Breakfast was a let down, not because of the quality of food (which was excellent) but because of an insane system whereby all guests have to queue whilst they wait for a waitress to escort them to an empty table. There were always empty tables but every day we have to wait around 10 mins to be shown to a table we easily could have just walked to. Found this very annoying and not what I would expect of a 5 star hotel and service. Finally the hotel was lacking somewhere guests could sit - other than the bar there was nowhere. We often like sitting and reading somewhere that isn’t our hotel room but aside from a few seats in a very busy foyer, there was nowhere to go.
