About the Hotel
Located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches Jonah’s is a 50 minute drive from the city or an amazing twenty minute seaplane flight. Jonah’s features eleven well appointed Ocean Retreat Rooms including one Executive Ocean Retreat. The accommodations at Jonah’s are located in two separate buildings, offering minimalist lines and muted tones to reinforce the focus on relaxing. Each room incorporates hand-crafted furniture, king-size beds and the decadent limestone bathrooms include 20 cm shower-heads, L’OCCITANE amenities and a spa bath. Each room has a private balcony offering you a place to relax and absorb the spectacular view. Excellent venue for a special occasion
From the time of arrival to our departure the next morning, Jonah’s delivers an excellent experience. Sparkling wine and cheese board was a very welcome treat which we enjoyed from our ocean view suite balcony. Dinner served with ocean views was delicious and well above expectations. A very restful sleep after a spa and drinks on our balcony. Breakfast again with ocean and beach views was a highlight. A quick swim in the hotel pool was a perfect way to finish our stay. Attentive, friendly, welcoming and professional staff with a strong focus on excellent hospitality was another highlight of our stay @ Johans. Highly recommended for an awesome stay in a special Sydney icon.

Our daughters wedding
Our daughter was recently married on the lawn at Jonah’s and the reception/ after party held up in the restaurant afterwards. If there is a better place to hold a wedding, with the views on offer, we’d be surprised. The reception setup in the restaurant was immaculate and the service impeccable. Superb, luxurious, and awesome experience!
We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary with the thoughtful Romantic Escape Package with ocean views. Everything at Jonah’s was absolute perfection — the breathtaking views, the beautifully appointed room, the exceptional food, and the warm, attentive, personalised service. I felt at home and loved the European vibe and friendly staff. A truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Stunning views, friendly staff all with experience. The food was excellent. The rooms clean and with views of the ocean. We saw whales!

Best birthday gift ever!
Our children arranged Jonah's for my wife and myself as a 60th birthday gift. They could not have chosen a better gift; our short stay at Jonah's was a wonderful experience. From the welcoming atmosphere on arrival, with a little talk on Jonah's history and a glass of champagne, to the moment we departed with a couple of extra gifts in hand, will be remembered for a long time. The waiting staff was very attentive, the dinner and breakfast in our room with the magnificent view as the backdrop were excellent.
