From check in to checkout wonderful service friendly attentive staff, front deck very caring and professional. Concierge on point, room awesome, view gorgeous, afternoon tea a little expensive but very nice, breakfast delishes , only got my skinny chai order wrong the rest went smoothly, as we had an early flight they organised 2 breakfast boxes in a gorgeous pink bag and a coffee and chai, but once tasting it on route to the airport at 6am it was wrong again, lets not sweat the little stuff. It was a beautiful pleasure staying with you, on return to WA we received an email saying we had a coke from the mini bar which was wrong and i feel the kitchen staff made a mistake as we dont drink soft drink... thankyou for all the positives while we we're there Langham

I've written several reviews of this hotel. Last time, I was contacted to see if perhaps I waa receiving some kind of benefit. The answer is NO. I simply LOVE this hotel because it never fails to deliver in respect of accommodation and service. From reservation to check out, I feel completely looked after. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The food is great. Try and ft in a high tea if you can. The accommodation is spacious and beautiful. We've tried different room types and they are all first class. Great beds, always good sleep. I love the location, enough out of the CBD to be quiet and restful. One tip though - go the city view with beautiful views towards Observatory Hill over the harbour view unless you like looking at land awaiting development and the Crown Towers. Only one complaint this trip, the hotel was full and we had to go elsewhere for our last night in Sydney. Thank you again for a wonderful trip.

Beautiful property, fantastic location, the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time, both nights. When booking, suggest calling Rather than looking online. Cleanliness of the public areas was very good particularly noting it welcomes Pets. Service recovery on the room being unclean was the next day - It’s been a long time since I’ve had to clean a bathroom In a hotel before I could use it. If there’s anything you want or need, you may need to stand in front of them in order to get it - I called the spa, No return call; I made two queries at Reception for two different things, and at different times, No call back or email. It was a bit surprising for this Hotel as my Experience with this brand in UK was very different. I’ll return as it’s the best night sleep I’ve ever had, the facilities themselves are beautiful, and the location is fantastic.

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic! Raul and Andrew made check-in and check-out smooth and effortless. The guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was amazing with such a wide selection—there was something for everyone. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seamless stay with excellent service!
