Great hotel. Fantastic location and friendly staff. Loved the fact that the hotel was a refurbished wharf building. Made it extra special. We had breakfast and an evening drink included. Our rooms were ready early and we were also allowed early check in. Will come back!

I had a fabulous weekend spent at the Ovolo Woolloomooloo for my Birthday last weekend with friends! From the moment I walked in I was helped by the friendly staff at the desk and they actually unloaded my car for me and brought everything up to my room without me being there as I was getting my hair & makeup done at the same time in the room! No task was too hard from asking for ice to be delivered to asking for extra glasses for my guests in the room. I own my own Cocktail Bar at Woolloomooloo and I am very big on Customer Service and think the staff were fabulous and I couldn’t fault my stay at all. I had numerous guests pop in over the course of the weekend and it wasn’t a problem at all as we were respectful at all times and kept our music down. I will definitely return for another weekend away to the Ovolo Woolloomooloo perhaps to relax more this time and take advantage of the restaurants and amenities in the building. Thanks again! Wonderful hotel and stay Honestly everything was amazing!! Couldn’t fault a thing. Such nice touches upon arrival, kind staff, beautiful room and comfy bed, close to everything, delicious breakfast. The hotel is so cool too, never stayed anywhere like it. Worth every penny and would go again! The only thing I would comment on was that our stay wasn’t long enough haha

Incredible staff and facilities

A really special visit! We arrived just after 6am after our 24 hour flight from London. Greet my a gentleman at reception who was extremely welcoming and offered the gym, pool and changing facilities whilst they try and sort a room out for us. This was hugely appreciated! We then got back to reception and were greeted by Rachel at reception who sorted us a room, and gave us some really top tips of places to visit and eat, one of which we had breakfast at and was delicious. After check in we received a call from James, the general manager who wished us a happy anniversary (the reason for our visit), and although we kept missing each other, it was nice that the staff were genuinely interested in our journey. Breakfast was great, the room was huge, tidy and overall the hotel had great facilities, but the people really made it special! We arw heading back to Sydney on a few days to finish our Australian holiday, and if I could turn back time we would definitely have come back to this hotel.
