Seated majestically on one of the world’s most beautiful harbours, Park Hyatt Sydney perfectly personifies contemporary harbourside luxury with its coveted location between the iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Reminiscent of an exclusive harbourside residence, Park Hyatt Sydney offers intimate surrounds with architecture, art and design that reflect the Australian landscape.

Definitely one of the world's best hotels with a staff that provides outstanding service. Truly an amazing guest experience.

Everything about our 5 night stay for work was exceptional. From the front desk associates to the concierge, to the room service and the hotel doctor available—this should be an easy decision because the location is also perfect with great views. The rooms were clean, the hallways were clean, the entry way smelled lovely! Normally when traveling for work, I have a hard time adjusting in a hotel, but the Park Hyatt Sydney made it comfortable, welcoming, and the staff were so lovely!

This was my second stay at the Park Hyatt Sydney. Being one of the best located hotels in the world, they’re also one of the more restrictive Hyatt properties in the world in terms of WOH benefits. Still, I had yet another great experience. -In the past I booked a Privé rate which allowed me to get opera view for harbor view prices. Vivid Sydney was ongoing while we were there, so they could not confirm this upgrade in advance. So we booked an opera view. Points can only get you into a standard/no view room, which to me you might as well go stay at the caption. -Last time we had a bed that was against the left wall of the room which allowed us to see the opera house from bed. This time they gave us a room with the bed on the opposite side, which limited the view of the opera house through most of the room. I’d request in advance in the future a room where the opera house can be seen from bed, it makes a big difference to me. -The hotel offered an opera deluxe room to us considering I was disappointed, which was very much appreciated. This room was on the ground floor though, which was quite loud during Vivid Sydney. Higher floors matter here too, but it was very hard to complain about the room at all. -Hotel breakfast was better than I had remembered. Good options and service. -The hotel staff were much more attentive than the last time we visited. Truly felt welcomed and like a 5 star hotel. -Hotel offered 4PM checkout that we ended up not taking advantage of. The hotel is about location, location, location. It’s worth it to me when staying in Sydney. But if you don’t care about an Opera View, then other options are definitely cheaper. But in the end, the hotel is lovely and spacious. It’s a premium hotel for a premium location.
