Cockroach in room / 1- star Customer Service
We found a live cockroach in our bathroom. The hotel correspondence to it was in the lines of “it can happen due to the hotel being situated in the water.”

Just wonderful.
Everything was wonderful. The room, the food, the pool, the service and the incredible breakfast. Not to mention the dazzling Opera House view.

Our opera view room with balcony was outstanding! Loved the view of the Opera House. Outstanding staff and great Hyatt Globalist breakfast!

Wow!
Staying at the Park Hyatt Sydney was a wonderful experience. The customer service was top knotch. The only negative is the bench seating at the Living Room restaurant was quite low and this area should be renovated. The seats by the floor to ceiling windows was quite good.
