Fraud, Forgery, Tampering with invoices, Staff colluding with scam taxis Hello everyone, please do not be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews. This hotel is very below standards, this is because you purely pay for a view that is even free if you take a step aside. They do not prioritize hiring professional staff so this caused fraud, my signature was mimicked and forged, the same employee also tampered my invoice. A police report has been filed already to investigate this hotel. Staff that colludes with illegal taxi's and no one bats an eye, also NSW point to point has been informed. They do not want to take any accountability, they rather treat you as an enemy to save their reputation, which now will fire backwards. Their fruit had signs of early mold, that is what they are feeding you. This hotel price is solely for the view and due marketing. It is really a waste of money to stay here since it has nothing else to offer, their hostality will ruin the whole mood of your trip. Save your money and go to a nice restaurant with view and a normal luxury hotel that delivers consistency and accountability. They claim that forgery was no fraudulent intent so than it is okay apparantely, crazy right? This reputation of this hotel is only going down the hill with the day.

One of the WORST stays I had in any hotel anywhere in the world. An Ibis budget by the airport would have been better. The front office manager and assistant GM refused to honor Hyatt benefits and treated my partner and I with condescension and gaslighting. Do yourself favor and read the reviews of how the hotel management treats guests. You’ll be much better off at the Four Seasons, Capella or even an Ibis.

Stunning bathroom with a separate smart toilet. What a view Really comfortable bed, although I didn't like the over sized pillows. All the staff were wonderful and helpful

Exceptional hotel. Wonderful room with amazing view of the Opera House and bay. Excellent welcoming staff. Roof top pool a bonus.

Absolutely amazing experience. Stunning views, great food and 6 star service. The breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend
