Park Hyatt Sydney

Really loved our experience at the Park Hyatt Sydney. It met all our expectations and the service was impeccable. Nicely appointed rooms and amazing dinner and breakfast. It was a real treat to stay here. Wholeheartedly recommend this amazing place.

We had booked a harbour view room and received instead a room with a view of a giant cruise liner city view. We were told another room would be ready but never received a call back.

We were again in this very beautiful and elegant Park Hyatt Sydney. The views from the balcony to the great nature harbour, the Opera House from the side and the Harbour Bridge are unbelievable and we spent a long time on the hotel balcony to admire these fantastic views. It is so beautiful there so that every day we watched people who are coming along with a photographer just in front of this Hotel. We were at the two very good Hotel Restaurants and we als enjoyed in room dining. Within a few minutes we walked to the Harbour Bridge for the unique views from the middle of the bridge and to the Botanical Garden. The boat trip to Manly is of course also worthwile. There are a few Museums very close to the main shopping streets and also easy to reach by foot. We were happy to use the Gym and to be at the rooftop swimming pool. The staff everywhere is very friendly. Therefore we hope to stay again in this wonderful Hotel in the very near future.

The room was not what we expected. The only view we had was a massive cruise liner docked in front of us. A change of room was promised but did not happen. Misleading and a waste of money. We did book a harbour view room.
