Amazing location and even better staff! We really enjoyed waking up to seeing Sydney Harbour as well as the Sydney Opera House!

This is absolutely one of the best hotels in the world--gorgeous view of the Sydney Opera House. But the staff is clearly wel-trained and dedicated to provide the best service possible. Bravo in this worrisome age.

I could not rave enough about the wonderful experience I had at the PH Sydney. The location itself is absolutely one of the best in Sydney. Many great restaurants and shops within a short walking distance and you have directly view of the Sydney opera house and harbor bridge. In fact, many tourists come to this part in front of the hotel to take the best pictures of the Opera House and bridge. But what stands out most about this luxurious waterfront hotel is the amazing staff. Every staff member will drop everything they are doing to greet you each time you walk by, as is often experienced in PH worldwide. But they also took it a step further by offering guests with personalized service. I casually mentioned that I was there for the Sydney Marathon and they left me a champagne, chocolate mousse cake, bath salt for muscle relaxation, and foot patch in the room at check in. That level of service and attention to detail is what separates the staff from this hotel from nearly all the PH and other luxury hotels I have stayed. With a globalist status, I was upgraded to a room with an amazing view of the Sydney Opera House. The room itself is truly a sanctuary that I did not want to leave throughout the stay. The bed and sheets were heavenly as usual for PH properties. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and would love to stay there again in the future. Thank you to all the PH Sydney staff for such a wonderful and memorable stay.

I was here for 3 nights for work last week and am really glad I got to experience this hotel. I had heard a lot about it, and it definitely is a great place. My room was comfortable. Had a balcony and from the balcony I could see the Opera House. The room itself was spacious. I really liked the modern and comfortable decor. Very comfy bed. Loved the le labo toiletries - the bergamott 22 scent is something i look forward to at Park hyatt properties. I used the gym 3 times and found the equipment to be great. It had everything I needed. Personnel at the hotel were uniformly friendly and helpful. Didnt eat in the restaurant but did order a club sandwich for dinner one night room service and it was delicious - exactly what I hoped for. The location and view is spectacular... the one issue is that the location is a bit removed from the main part of the city. While the walks from there are good and beautiful, it can be a bit of a hassle when headed out for restaurants or sightseeing. But overall it's a great hotel, one I felt comfortable in, and one from which I enjoyed the views and my stay in Sydney.

Park Hyatt Sydney offers incredible, comfortable rooms with breathtaking iconic views. Service throughout the property was swift and efficient. As a Lifetime Globalist, I was unfortunately unable to upgrade to my ideal room during this stay.
