Park Hyatt Sydney

This company is a great example of modern theft! I’ve made a reservation through Booking.com for Feb 2027 under the condition of a credit card guarantee with payment on the spot in Feb 2027. After a few days they charged my credit card 600 euro. Since they didn’t respond to my messages to return me the money they charged me, I informed Booking.com. The hotel also seems to ignore their message as they still haven’t returned me the 600 euro. I’ve been working in tourism for the last 28 years, having stayed in thousands of hotels but never have I experienced such a scam. Shame on you thieves of Park Hyatt Sydney!

This has to be the best hotel in Sydney . It is beautifully designed , ideally located with gorgeous views of the Sydney Opera house directly on The Rocks at Circular Quay. The staff is excellent, service is outstanding and it’s beautifully integrated in the environment directly below the Harbor Bridge. It is 4 stories , @ 100ish rooms with a lovely rooftop pool . It is a beautiful property

The location is absolutely stunning with great views! The rooms and suites are fantastic and with beautiful interiors. The customer care/service was excellent. The amenities are also very good with a great sap and roof top pool.

Well maintained luxyry hotel with clean large rooms. Perfect location with lots of restaurants close by. And with the best view in town.

Park Hyatt Sydney had not fully convinced us in 2022 - that changed a lot during the night we spent there in December 2025! Welcome at the property located in the unique The Rocks neighbourhood right by the harbour and facing the Opera House was amazing and friendly, an upgrade to an Opera View Room had been arranged, as well as a bottle of champagne as a welcome amenity. The view from our balcony was simply delightful and everything one could wish for at a five-star property was present. Also, the room was clean, but especially in the bathroom area it starts showing its age and calls for some refurbishment in the near future. Furthermore, the tea bag quality should urgently be upgraded. In-room dining was of excellent quality and breakfast's quality was even better with exceptional dishes spoiling us just like our table's location by the window facing the harbour. Breakfast service was delightful as well. We simply enjoyed that perfect night by Sydney Harbour and tried to spend every possible moment on the marvellous balcony. Especially, the far higher level of professional hospitality than at Capella Sydney convinced to the fullest, even though a few front desk team members did not present themselves as most helpful. Still, check-out was excellent and left a great impression.
