Park Hyatt Sydney

The hotel was exceptional. The room was very, very comfortable, clean and spacious. Janet, who checked us in and walked us to our room, was so friendly, professional and pleasant. She is an asset to your hotel. We stayed 8 nights and wish it was a longer stay. The location in The Rocks is excellent - easy access to the Opera House, Bridge Climb, and Circular Quay where you can catch all the ferries, busses and trains and trams. It is also a short walk or tram ride into the CBD for shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast was exceptional - delicious food, well presented, and a great selection of buffet items and options from the menu. They were able to store our bags until the evening since we had a late night flight - that was very helpful. We have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. It was the home base for a wonderful vacation in Sydney. Well done Park Hyatt Sydney. Also, we will miss seeing you each day, Janet!

This is a great location with some of the best city views of any hotel i have ever experienced. Rooms are large and modern with great amenities. Staff is friendly and very accommodating.

I’ve been here for two weeks on a work trip. The hotel is just lovely. A standout is impeccable housekeeping. I don’t know how they do it but even if I step out for a quick breakfast, my room is made up. Turndown at night is just as lovely. I love the bath salts and coffee and tea in particular. The gym is perfect with new equipment and an attachment steam room. The location is right in the harbor with a view of the opera house. Room service is delicious and speedy. No notes.
