Park Hyatt Sydney

The best hotel in Sydney. Can’t wait to book another trip and stay here with my family. Felt like we were in a dream. Everything was stunning, the customer service was superb. Breakfast was our favorite time to enjoy the views and the fabulous coffee food and service.

As always my visit to the Park Hyatt was a wonderful experience with friendly, helpful staff. The food is always exceptional and the bar staff going the extra mile to make a cocktail not on the menu. The premises are beautifully kept to a high standard. And of course I have to mention that nothing else can beat the location being in the iconic Rocks area with so much within walking distance.

You can practically touch the Sydney Opera House from your room ! The Park Hyatt is superb! We haven’t stayed at a Hyatt in years and this hotel really has surprised and shocked with its excellence for service . The staff is the icing on the cake. Leasing the helm is the general manager Bastian Germer who comes with the Ritz Carlton experience from New York . Mr. Germer is class personified. All our gratitude for making our last stop on our trip through Australia conclude with the magic of that country and its people .

Hotel location is excellent and they are banking on that. Service has declined a lot. Like a lot of hotels they reduced services after Covid and never brought them back. Which is disappointing. Boutique hotels are doing more personalized services. I had a situation with my room and felt like I was inconveniencing the staff even though it was a health hazard to stay in the room. As a store owner nearby said when we were chatting. “Hyatt needs to send people there to make changes because people are staying elsewhere”

The Park Hyatt Sydney is in a perfect location, on the water on the western side of Sydney Harbour, virtually alongside the Sydney Harbour Bridge, with views directly across the harbour to the Sydney Opera House. This hotel is the definition of 5 stars, the key to that being their people, who are all united in the singular purpose of ensuring that every guest has a perfect stay. Highly recommended.
