Lovely view of the Opera house with team dedicated to every need you might have. My wife is a Globalist with Hyatt and they surprised us with goods and amenities during our stay. We had some issue with the points but they managed to fix after a while. If you want to best view of Sydney look no further. This is the place

I came to Hyatt expecting world-class hospitality and left with one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. After raising legitimate concerns, staff retaliated by suddenly questioning and unlawfully denying future access for my service dog — something that had never been an issue before. On top of that, I was stalked online by staff, and every complaint was brushed aside as if my rights didn’t matter. Hyatt hides behind slogans about “caring for people” while retaliating against guests who speak up. The hypocrisy is staggering — this isn’t five-star service, it’s five-star arrogance and discrimination.

The property and the rooms are a joy as they are so beautifully located right opposite the Sydney opera The staff is amazing and all of them seem to go an extra mile. Special shoutout to the lobby and front desk team for accommodating our requests so willingly and with a smile it was truly an experience worth remembering

I have admired the architecture of this building since my first visit to Sydney over 10 years ago. This year I was finally able to stay and it was completely worth the visit! Not only is this property stunning, the service is top notch. Our room overlooked the Opera House, which was really special. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and the bathroom was expansive (shower, bath, large sink/vanity, and a toilet/bidet). I can't wait to return!

Stayed 2 days after a cruise before we caught our flight back home and it was an excellent choice.The hotel was very clean and staff was very professional and the location was very accessible to transportation and restaurants. The view of the Opera House and the harbour was captivating.
