Park Hyatt Sydney

I was here for 3 nights for work last week and am really glad I got to experience this hotel. I had heard a lot about it, and it definitely is a great place. My room was comfortable. Had a balcony and from the balcony I could see the Opera House. The room itself was spacious. I really liked the modern and comfortable decor. Very comfy bed. Loved the le labo toiletries - the bergamott 22 scent is something i look forward to at Park hyatt properties. I used the gym 3 times and found the equipment to be great. It had everything I needed. Personnel at the hotel were uniformly friendly and helpful. Didnt eat in the restaurant but did order a club sandwich for dinner one night room service and it was delicious - exactly what I hoped for. The location and view is spectacular... the one issue is that the location is a bit removed from the main part of the city. While the walks from there are good and beautiful, it can be a bit of a hassle when headed out for restaurants or sightseeing. But overall it's a great hotel, one I felt comfortable in, and one from which I enjoyed the views and my stay in Sydney.

Park Hyatt Sydney offers incredible, comfortable rooms with breathtaking iconic views. Service throughout the property was swift and efficient. As a Lifetime Globalist, I was unfortunately unable to upgrade to my ideal room during this stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Sydney and will definitely be back! From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming. We stayed in the standard King Bed room, and even though it was the basic room category, we were very impressed with the comfort and quality. The king bed is super huge! At night we even got offered to have our bed made and offered more water. We didnt need anything else but the gesture certainly make a difference. We also really enjoyed the spa, and the breakfast was excellent. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. But what impressed us the most was definitely the service. All the staff genuinely made our stay feel special. Even when we checked out and our taxi arrived to take us to our next hotel, the porter team were extremely kind, helping us with our luggage and warmly saying goodbye. It was such a simple gesture, but it left a lasting impression on us. Thank you to the entire Park Hyatt Sydney team for making our stay so memorable. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back on our next visit to Sydney!

I chose Park Hyatt Sydney to celebrate my 50th birthday, and I honestly couldn't have chosen a better place. My room was absolutely beautiful, but the highlight was the breathtaking view across the harbour to the Sydney Opera House. Waking up and seeing the Opera House from my room each morning was something I will never forget. What really made the stay special, though, was the way I was treated. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Before my arrival I had mentioned that I was celebrating my 50th, and when I entered my room I found a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a gorgeous birthday cake and a personal birthday card from the General Manager. It was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel genuinely celebrated rather than simply being another hotel guest. Breakfast was another highlight. The food was excellent, with a wonderful selection from the buffet as well as dishes brought to the table and a choice from the à la carte menu. Sitting over a leisurely breakfast with excellent barista coffee, a mimosa and a view towards the Opera House was a pretty spectacular way to start the day. The location is also extraordinary. You're right on Sydney Harbour at The Rocks, and simply walking outside the hotel and along the waterfront is an experience in itself. There are luxurious hotels, and then there are hotels that make you feel genuinely looked after. For me, Park Hyatt Sydney was the latter. I wanted my 50th birthday stay to be something I would remember for years to come, and it absolutely was. Thank you to the entire Park Hyatt Sydney team for making such an important milestone so special. I would return in a heartbeat.
