Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour

We stayed for the first time, for one night, a week or so ago at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, as we had an appointment close by that evening. Our accommodation was a Deluxe One King Bedroom Harbour View Apartment, and it was excellent. Sitting on the verandah in the afternoon, looking out over Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge, was just spectacular; albeit that announcements from the nearby train station would sometimes be heard in the background. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to visit the in-house restaurant, but we'll certainly rectify that on our next visit. As Accor Diamond members we receive a range of additional ammenities, which we're always very grateful for, but the thing that we're most appreciative of here is the dedication and helpfulness of all the staff. Their level of care ensured that our stay was memorable, and I do believe that level of care would apply not just to us, but to all of their guests. Thank you to everyone, this is exactly what we look for in a 5 star hotel.

The Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, thank you for the stay, sure it’s close to lots of things which are a draw card, sure we could hear the carnival cruise music from the balcony before they sailed away, But the stay was effortless, staff that know their job, nothings too hard and everything is attended to, a breakfast with a menu included so no fighting others who seem to thing the buffet breakfast is their free for all last meal , The beds was incredibly comfy, the room looked like the photos well cared for and well looked after, Omi was a stand out for his attentiveness, Blissful oasis in a busy location where the busyness is left at the door,

Fantastic apartment. Perfect location. We had an amazing harbour view. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast, Tallulah & Sarah looked after us very well in the restaurant. Food was great. Would definitely recommend

Awesome stay at this hotel in a Deluxe one King bedroom Harbour view apartment, which gave us a great view of Sydney Harbour Bridge, the comings and goings of the ferries at Circular Quay as well as cruise ships docked at the cruise terminal. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Sydney Opera House, the Botanic Gardens and The Rocks. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff on our arrival. Everything about our room exceeded our expectations - size, amenities, cleanliness and view. Despite being by the ferry terminal the room was also very quiet with the balcony door shut and we were never bothered by any noise. The in-room laundry facilities were a great bonus allowing us to launder clothes before the next leg of our trip. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we are in Sydney.

A long weekend spent at the Pullman to attend two Operas. Perfect location to walk to the Opera House, explore the harbour and Rocks area, and to jump on a ferry at Circular Quay. My apartment was perfect. Remarkably quiet with a balcony overlooking the gardens. So much space and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious every day and made to order. Also fabulous service by every staff member. Finally, a meal at Flaminia is highly recommended. Perfect weekend, perfect stay ☺️
