Disappointed by bad attitude
It is a bad experience I ever have in a five star hotel, a female front desk named R??’s attitude is not acceptable, bad arrangements of room and luggage, I had lived in other hotels in Australia such as Marriott and JW, those were happy trips except W

I had the most wonderful experience at the W Spa at W Sydney with Maria. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Maria’s treatment was absolutely magical — one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating spa experiences I’ve ever had. Her professionalism, skill, and calming presence made the entire treatment feel luxurious and restorative. Being able to enjoy the steam room and sauna afterwards was the perfect finishing touch, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend W Spa and especially Maria for anyone looking for a truly exceptional spa experience!

Awesome front desk check in experience
Loved our family stay at W Hotel over Christmas period of 2025. We were greeted with such warmth by Moses at the front desk who was very helpful and accommodating. He is such an asset of the hotel. He provided us with all the info we needed as it is our first stay in W Hotel Sydney. The hotel room was nice with comfy beds. Our kids enjoyed the rooftop pool and the food as well. Our stay was made extra special with the smooth process of check in by Moses.

Spa day at AWAY Spa W Sydney
My daughter surprised me with a spa day and honestly it was such a beautiful and relaxing experience. From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm and peaceful the dim lighting, relaxing music, and lovely atmosphere instantly made us feel relaxed. We had a full body massage and it was amazing. The masseur was very professional, respectful, and really knew what they were doing. Everything in the spa was spotless, clean, and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed the steam room and sauna which made the whole experience even better. What I really loved were all the little touches the beautiful teas, special lemon water, little treats, and even protein bars available for guests. It made the experience feel extra thoughtful and special. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about making people feel comfortable. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and very grateful. Such a lovely experience and definitely somewhere we would come back to again
