First Time Experience
The whole experience at AWAY was wonderful! After a long flight, a hydrating facial was definitely on my to do list. Anna was wonderful and she kept me informed on what was happening and what the positive effects would be for my skin, every step of the way. From check in to check out, it was a fantastic experience that I would suggest to anyone looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating and restful session.

Underwhelming for “Luxury” brand
For a luxury brand hotel, this experience was disappointing. Service was poor, was there for a week and multiple days I returned to the room and housekeeping had not been there. You are paying for the location, which is fantastic, but this does not compare to a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton.
