W Hotel was really nice! Great location and very nice people. Alex at the bar in the lobby area was really nice! She is a great asset to the Hotel! She was very accommodating! My experience in Sydney great one! I’ll be back soon!

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) and stayed for one night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, so we were given complimentary drinks, which we enjoyed in the bar with its spectacular views — a wonderful start to our stay. The hotel had also arranged a cake and some treats for my daughter, which were waiting in the room, making for a lovely surprise. The room itself was gorgeous, with stunning views. We went for a swim on Level 29 the next morning and could have stayed there all day. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable — we’d love to come back again one day. Room - excellent Amenities - excellent Location - excellent Cleanliness - excellent Value - on the higher side compared to regular hotels, but it does feel luxurious

Anna was an exceptional therapist. She spent a few minutes consulting and expertly tailored the treatment. She is the best therapist that I have experienced (and I have had been to some of the best facilities around). Highly recommend and ask for Anna.

W Sydney words can’t express how amazing this establishment is. From the rooftop top bar to the room I couldn’t fault a thing. Booked this for our 10 year wedding anniversary in Nov 2024 and I would highly recommend. W Sydney went above and beyond to help us celebrate this milestone and if you’ve got something celebrate do it in style at the W. My husband had organised the room to be decorated and the W accommodated that request. They do have a service they offer but my husband hired a small business to bring that to life. Stepping foot into this hotel felt like we were in another world. From the colours to the decor it was absolutely flawless. Check in was a breeze and they had such lovely staff even offered to sign me up to their rewards program which I did. Now the room OMG it was stunning, ceiling to floor windows and the view was truly breathtaking, I’m disappointed I didn’t get a photo of it. Watching the city light up was just magical. The room was so nicely designed and with the decorations my husband arranged made it that much more special. I loved the wall paper and bar setup so cute and elegant. We decided to head to the roof top bar for photos and to see the view the hostess was very accommodating to our request even took our photos for us. Because of that we decided to have a celebration drink before heading to dinner. The hostess asked what the reason for our stay was, we explained we were celebrating and we were given complementary champagne. Now the food, we did enjoy some light refreshments at the bar with our drinks and wow it didn’t seem like much but it was divine can’t remember the name of the food but it was well worth it. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next morning and it was spectacular. I’ve tried many hotel buffets and this was fire. So much to choose from and it was nice and hot. Unlike other hotel buffets they overfill to the point where the becomes bland and cold. This was by far my most enjoyable experience and the best place to celebrate. I highly recommend especially if you want to celebrate in style.
