Just choose another hotel. This one is not worth it! Does not do anything for titanium members as is average at best in any other 5 stars. This is NOT a 5 stars hotel!!! There is NO turn down service, there is NO upgrade for Titanium members, there is NO breakfast including and the one there is is the worst you ll ever experience in a W. Just book another hotel as thet might value their guests more!

Fantastic spa. My therapist, Anna was amazing. Very knowledgeable and skilled. I felt great afterwards. Would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

The location is perfect. Everything at your fingertips or within a 10 minute walk. 2 pools, 3 different eating options, and a spa for guests. Amazing! Staff are so accommodating and friendly too. No request is too small!

We stayed at W Sydney multiple times throughout 2025, and it has firmly become our preferred hotel for weekend trips in Sydney. For many years, Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour (just across the harbour) was our go-to, but this year we deliberately shifted our priority to W Sydney, and it has proven to be the right decision. Like any new hotel relationship, our first and second stays came with a few teething issues. What truly set W Sydney apart, however, was how those issues were handled. Every concern we raised was addressed promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. More importantly, the team clearly took notes and ensured the same issues did not recur in subsequent stays. From our third visit onwards, the experience was consistently smooth and enjoyable. Special recognition goes to Carla, Eduardo, Johan, Alvin, and the wider team for their attention to detail, follow-through, and excellent service mindset. Their ability to listen, remember preferences, and proactively improve the guest experience made a tangible difference and built real trust. Beyond service, the hotel itself delivers exactly what you expect from W: a vibrant atmosphere, modern and stylish rooms, great views, and an energy that makes weekend stays feel special rather than routine. The location is also ideal, particularly for Darling Harbour and the CBD. Overall, W Sydney has successfully replaced our long-standing weekend favourite. Consistency, responsiveness, and a strong service culture have made all the difference. We will continue to prioritise W Sydney for our future weekend stays and would confidently recommend it to others looking for a premium city hotel experience.
