W Sydney

Amaaaazing in every way. First, the room decor is fabulous. From the Waratah wallpaper in the wardrobe to the soothing blues of the (enormous) bathroom - this is design with a capital D. All the details are superb - the intuitive lighting, the cocktail /coffee bar in the room, and the fabulous bath products from Davines. All very much thought out to provide next level comfort for guests. We were on the 27th floor and so it was very quiet, which is never guaranteed in a big city - and even the elevators are super spacious and beautiful. The public spaces are equally impressive - the rooftop infinity pool is stunning as is the mid floor indoor pool - both of which have exquisite mosaics. The bars and restaurants are colourful, comfortable and quite honestly, you don’t want to leave the hotel to even explore. But you definitely should as it’s located in a great position in Darling Harbour, so you can meander slowing around the harbour or get right into the heart of city with an easy walk. Honestly, i can’t fault this hotel. We didn’t have breakfast because we had an early flight, but next time we definitely will. 10 out of 10 stay.

Superb experience. We stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the highest level of client service that a 5-star hotel could offer in Sydney! Absolutely stunning property and amazing staff to go with it - thank so you much again. We will be back!!!

We stayed at the W Sydney during the holiday season and had a wonderful time! We arrived after a very long flight and we were greeted very warmly and shown how to get to the lobby. Although our room wasn't quite ready because we arrived earlier than the usual check in time, the front desk staff gave us 2 vouchers to get a coffee while we waited. Once our room was ready, we made our way to it and wow, it was stunning. We had a beautiful and spacious suite. The most unique part of the suite for me was the washer/dryer combo. Because we were staying a while, we ended up using it and it such a useful and functional touch! Our suite faced the highway/roadway, but it wasn't loud and we had a great sleep every night. We did have a Christmas dinner on the hotel premises and it was phenomenal. We loved every moment. The breakfasts buffet at the W Sydney is quite expansive and we never went hungry. We had drinks at the bar which had wonderful views as well. The staff were very nice and the bar is stunning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the W Sydney. We will definitely return on our next trip to Sydney!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of darling Harbour! We had a huge suite so the view was spectacular. Food was excellent with great service, both in room as well as in the restaurant. Special thanks Izumi and Meela for being so nice to our baby during breakfast time!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. As for the massage, it was incredible and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Left feeling completely refreshed and clear-minded. Thank you so much to the team for your amazing hospitality and care. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!
