They have a bed bug problem (room 1216 at least) which they aren't taking seriously, they didn't take me seriously until I had to degrade myself and start stripping in the lobby to demonstrate the bite marks, and have no plans on compensating me. They suggested that I get professional medical documentation, then they'll reconsider. So, bed bugs, really awful service, what an awful experience. The issues started at check in. It took 20 minutes to check in (the process of checking in, not waiting to check in). When we got into our room we went to have a glass of wine and there was only one wine glass. We had to get another one sent up. We had a dinner reservation and my wife washed her hair and went to blow dry it, but there was no hair dryer in the room. We contacted reception who indicated there should be one there and apologized for one not being there. They said they would send one up. However 45 minutes later we had to leave and unfortunately the dryer still had not turned up. The blind in the room did not close all the way across. We were looking forward to a kid free sleep in, but unfortunately there was too much light coming into the room to sleep. Then after checking out, I checked my account later that day to see that I had been charged twice. I spent the rest of the day trying to contact the hotel to sort it out. Eventually I did and was told it would take 5-7 days for my money to be returned to me. Absolute disaster.

Very good views from up top. Great breakfast as well. The kids liked how spacious the rooms were. Short walk to everywhere in Sydney
