Great services and beautiful hotel, however breakfast was not as good as in other W’s I’ve stayed in, the bell boys would not help us while arriving with our luggage (they were just starring at us even when we asked for help) and had to bring it all to the lobby by ourselves and it’s not that easy to reach walking. Getting ubered or by cab was the easiest way to reach the hotel. Rooms were beautiful though.

W Sydney A perfect choice. An exceptional location, right on Darling Harbour, in a modern, well-kept and truly enjoyable area to stay in. From here, it is an easy walk to The Rocks and Circular Quay. A brand-new hotel with impeccable cleanliness and constant attention to detail (daily replenishment of amenities always punctual and well handled). The rooms are modern and fully equipped — with a washing machine and dryer available in selected room categories, an extremely valuable feature for a longer stay. Professional service, a dynamic yet refined atmosphere, and a high level of comfort throughout. A choice that perfectly combines location, functionality, and quality.

Away Spa located at the W Hotel in Sydney is the place to go for the complete pampering experience! I was warmly welcomed and given the most delicious and refreshing drink. The facilities are impressive including the steam and sauna room, the shower and bathroom area. I was given a robe to wear that was liked being given a giant hug! I was then brought to my treatment room, that was absolutely luxurious, by my therapist Yukari as she made me feel right at home and so comfortable. She quietly and confidently talked me through what I would be experiencing as a part of the Detox Body 90 minute package, before I lay on the bed and the treatment began. The skill and talent of Yukari in addition to her amazing care and kindness shown to me will never be forgotten and meant that I could truly relax and embrace the treatment. Yukari and Away Spa at the W Hotel really are the complete package and I highly recommend them.

Our welcome Ambassador Nina is the best that could've happened to the W Sydney! She and the team went above & beyond to make out time as amazing as possible - loved it! Also the breakfast was incredible!

We had a wonderful experience at the W Sydney. The hotel is a beautiful building, well-appointed, very well-maintained, has a wonderful staff, and is well-managed. That is a great combination for an excellent stay.
