Best view, luxury hotel, all staff are polite helpful, thoughtful. View and position are everything you can want. Sebel Quay is slightly behind, and Pier One is on other side of Harbor Bridge. From Four seasons you get a beautiful view of opera, harbour bridge, ferries coming in and out. Ferries literally 5 minutes min walk. On the rocks, by QVB, trams. Perfect for Sydney vacation.

My 5 year old and I recently stayed at this hotel for a little getaway. Unbeatable location, very central and great for little legs. Didn’t need a taxi the entire time. Room was ok. We had the choice of partial harbour view or premier city for the same price. Chose partial harbour view (the smaller room) and it was literally a view of a daycare, the start of the bridge (couldn’t see the actual bridge) and a bit of water in the background. Questioned if I was given the right room. The lady confirmed it was and the upgrade to the premier city cost was now not worth it (over $300 for our stay). This was probably the only ‘cold’ service I received the entire time but my fault as I didn’t research the room properly before booking. Just a tip to others: Partial harbour view does not (or didn’t for us) give any view of either the bridge or the opera house. Pay the extra money for the full view if you can. Also requested late checkout if possible when I booked however when I questioned if approved the night before checkout it was not noted - it was sorted out very quickly though and thankfully granted. Couldn’t fault the service, the food and location and we will absolutely return.

If you want to make someone's celebration unforgettable, make sure you let know the reservation agent. Our stay was exceptional and matched by the location.

We had a great stay at the Four Seasons Sydney. Some highlights were the top notch service (Rita at the front desk was so nice!), food at Mode (awesome breakfast buffet and great dinner), and the little things that made the stay special. The view of the Sydney Opera house was super cool. The room bathrooms are showing their age and could be bigger. The showers are tight. The rooms have been very well maintained though, and were quiet which is something I look for in every hotel. AC worked well too. Thank you to the team for a great stay!
