We had a fabulous stay at the Four Seasons Sydney. The customer service was top notch from start to finish. We booked through American Express Platinum which gave us a fantastic upgrade to a harbor view room along with a 100 USD credit. Breakfast was included and absolutely beautiful. There was a full buffet with made-to-order coffee, eggs, and avocado toast. The location could not be better. It is just steps from the light rail, a block from the train and ferry terminals, and within easy walking distance to the Opera House, Botanical Garden, and Sydney Harbour Bridge. We walked across the bridge after visiting the Glenmore Hotel and taking the nearby elevator up. Room service was fast, friendly, and delicious. The hop on hop off bus stop was right outside which made exploring even easier. We also walked to The Rocks on Saturday night and enjoyed a lively night market filled with local vendors and food trucks. This hotel offers an ideal location, excellent service, and all the extras that make a trip feel special. Highly recommend.

I booked the 1 bedroom suite for a special wedding anniversary and paid more than $1000 for one night. The room was dirty, dated and the service poor. I don't think the room had been dusted in months or the bath properly cleaned. I rang reception multiple times to ask about changing the room and the calls went unanswered. When I went down I found the staff rude and I had to wait more than 90 minutes to change the room. I will not be going back there!

We had a great stay at the Four Seasons Sydney. The location is unbeatable — just steps from Circular Quay and the Opera House — and while the hotel is a bit older, the service is truly outstanding. A special shoutout to Carol at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. After finding out it was our first time in Sydney, she took the time to make sure we had a great room, followed up with us to see how everything was going, and added thoughtful touches that made our trip feel extra special. Carol’s warmth and attention to detail made our first visit to Sydney unforgettable and we are so appreciative!

My partner and I stayed at the Four Seasons Sydney and absolutely loved it! We've stayed at other Four Seasons properties throughout the world, and this city hotel definitely made the mark. Although our room wasn't ready when we arrived (around 7:30am in the morning since we had just arrived on a flight from Los Angeles), the bellman stored our luggage and the front desk gave us keys to access the spa facilities on the 3rd floor so that we could shower and change. The gym on the 3rd floor is well equipped with lots of different machines...more than just a few like other hotels. We also really appreciated the water, towels, and packets of liquid IV in the gym (A+)!!! The gym is connected to the spa facilities, which have separate men and women's areas, with bathrooms, showers, lockers, steam room, and sauna. This definitely helped to start off our first day in Sydney fresh. The hotel is in a perfect location - close to the Rocks, and very close to Circular Quay (a stop on the Train, the Light Rail, and also a number of buses). We found navigating around the city super easy from Circular Quay. In the early afternoon we received a text that the room was ready, and when we arrived, the bellman had already placed our luggage in the room (A+)! Since the Four Seasons doesn't have a rewards/points program (we typically stay at Marriott Bonvoy properties), we booked through Delta Airlines to get the best room rate we could find. Although it was only a deluxe room (small), I appreciated the separate shower & tub, and plenty of space throughout the room. Housekeeping was great each day, and saw that we had disposed of many waterbottles, so they always left us a few extra - a lovely touch. The first night we assumed that housekeeping would provide turn down service, but we were wrong. Turns out, if you'd like turndown service, you must request it. Not a big deal, but I wish this was told to us at check-in. So if you're reading this, and you want turn down service, just send the friendly staff a text (there's a QR code on your room key sleeve and you can chat with the staff for anything you need). Special thanks to Arnaud (Hotel Manager) and the team for making my graduation trip so special. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a small cake saying "Congratulations" with a note card welcoming us back to another Four Seasons property. I'll end my review with this: Yes, the buffet breakfast is ALL THAT, AND THEN SOME as most other reviews have highlighted. Definitely one of the BEST hotel breakfasts I've ever experienced in the world...and I've been to a lot! We will definitely come back to the Four Seasons on another trip to Sydney.

Our stay started with excellent communication with Hani and Pierce while making our reservation- they were extremely knowledgeable. My adult son and I stayed at the Four Seasons for 4 nights and it was wonderful! Aly checked us in early and provided a room to use until our permanent room was ready. What an amazing gesture to start our stay- later that afternoon we were upgraded to Room 1911 with beautiful views of the Harbour, and a welcome gift of chocolates. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff was so professional and friendly- they greeted us by name. Lucia at the concierge desk had delicious restaurant suggestions: 6HEAD, Sydney Cafe, Pony, Bennelong, Squire’s Landing, Glenmore Hotel Rooftop, and Sammy’s for cocktails. She always had a big smile and was ready to help. The location was great- near the ferries, trams, Opera House, and walking distance to so many restaurants. Gabriel at the front desk was so kind to treat us to a complimentary breakfast. We are loyal Hyatt customers, but we were delighted with our first stay at Four Seasons Sydney- thank you for making our vacation perfect!
