Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

The Four Seasons Sydney made the beginning of our honeymoon feel really special. Ghizlaine and Lisa went out of their way to help us settle in and made sure everything felt smooth and welcoming. The service was thoughtful without being over the top, and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring the harbour area.

Wonderful location, good atmosphere, the rooms are beautifully appointed and very spacious. Four seasons is a four seasons.

To begin, the accommodations and views are truly exceptional. The hotel lobby greets you warmly, creating an ambiance reminiscent of a cinematic setting. The staff is not only gracious but also highly helpful and friendly. I requested to be relocated to the highest floor with a breathtaking view, and my request was promptly accommodated. The evening bar and lounge provided an enjoyable atmosphere for socializing with local acquaintances. The breakfast was a culinary delight, exceeding my expectations. Upon my return to downtown Sydney, Australia, the Four Seasons will undoubtedly be my top choice for accommodation. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the Sydney Opera House and the renowned “The Rocks” is a significant advantage. This proximity allows for convenient exploration of the surrounding attractions. In conclusion, this hotel is an indispensable destination for your visit to Sydney.

シドニーハーバー（Port Jackson Bay）がすぐ側ですので、観光客は多けれど、ダウンタウンの人混みさはなく、開放感があり湾に面したオペラハウスを眺めると、ああ、シドニーに来た感があります。 このホテル、フォーシーズンズシドニーは、オペラハウスからもすぐで立地は良し。 ロビーは派手さはありませんが、装飾などセンスがあり、ポーター、フロントの対応から、やはり違いを感じます。 エレベーターも数が多くスムーズ。 ホールウェイも広くラグジュアリー感があります。 部屋は２０階のオペラハウスが臨める（正面ではありませんでしたが）ジュニアスイートにアップグレードして頂けました。 スッキリと明るくまとめられていて、掛けられている絵などセンスよく、窓の位置、カーテン（ブラインド）の質も素晴らしく（真っ暗になる）細かい所全てに置いて使い勝手が良い。 ウォーキングクロゼットは余裕の広さ、両側にハンガーも12本づつ掛けられていて、 セーフもここでスーツケースも入れられ素晴らしい。 何より、シーツ、タオルの質がダントツに良し。 ただベッドがフカフカすぎて個人的には、よく眠れなかった。（日本人は堅めのベッドを好むと思いますが、私はピロートップなどがある柔らか目のマットレスが好きな方だけど、それでも私にはフカフカ過ぎてよく眠れなかった） バスルームも素敵、何より浴槽が深くゆったりしていました。 シンクは一つ、アメニティーはCodage Paris　とても良い、香りもアーモンドミルクって感じで私の好みでした。 一つだけ、フリーで頂けるエコに配慮した、JUST WATER （写真を撮らなくて残念）と言う水が入っている容器（紙）が科学的な匂いがし、私からすると健康に害しそうなレベルなのだが、ネットに同じコメントしている人は見当たらず、私の見当違いなのか。 朝食ブッフェは、スタッフが多く配置されサービスは良かったですが、ブッフェのクオリティーはイマイチでした。温かい食べ物ほぼ全て塩分が強すぎました。例えば、Baked Hamなどは塩分が強い事で知られていますが、尚かつクリスタルの塩がかけられていて食べられませんでした。また、フライドライスなども、フォーシーズンズのクオリティからは、かけ離れていました。

Our stay at the Four Seasons Sydney exceeded expectations with breathtaking views of the Opera House and harbor from our spacious corner suite. The panoramic vistas alone made this hotel worth every penny. Highlights: Spectacular harbor and Opera House views from our room Outstanding service at the executive lounge - staff were attentive and genuinely engaging Excellent breakfast experience at the lounge with quality food and service Spacious, well-appointed accommodations Area for improvement: The only concerning incident occurred around 9:15 PM when housekeeping entered our room for turndown service without knocking adequately. We were jet-lagged and had forgotten to place the "do not disturb" sign, but this was much later than the typical 6-8 PM turndown window we've experienced at luxury hotels. A simple policy adjustment for evening service timing could prevent this uncomfortable situation for future guests. Bottom line: Despite this single incident, we would absolutely return to the Four Seasons Sydney. The combination of unmatched views, exceptional lounge service, and overall luxury experience makes it our top choice for future Sydney visits.
