Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

Really nice rooms, convenient location, plenty to do around the area. The staff were polite, its easy to get Taxi / Uber to and from here and a significant amount of places to eat and drink.

Unfortunately we were only given early check-in by 30 minutes notified via text message, but otherwise the overall level of service was excellent from the front hotel staff taking our luggage upon arrival with bottles of spring water to housekeeping qnd room service. We were upgraded to a partial harbor view with a welcome bottle of wine as a Chase Edit hotel perk. Breakfast was great with a nice variety. This a great location for pre or post cruise. It’s also convenient for public transportation and a close walk to many tourist sites, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend!

Not 5 star, dreadful, an insult to the brand. Queues on arrival. Chaotic unappealing low end lobby, only one restaurant which is so vile I walked straight out, it’s just a corner area off the lobby with no windows or anything pleasant whatever. Spa closed & they didn’t mention this, no other facilities to note. Room not clean, everything covered in dust, hand prints on metal door handles, mark on wall. the cleaners are clearly not trained on proper hygienic cleaning, just superficial tidy. Very dated low spec bathroom with crap low pressure shower over bath. Staff in lobby not 5 star standard need hospitality training. It was a releif to get out of there, never again! Back in Sydney next week & so glad I hadn’t already booked this dive again! The only positive is that it’s close to circular quay.

Top notch staff service, top notch location near the harbor, okayish modern rooms with great views albeit small in size.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Circular Quay is very centrally located and right in the hub of a vibrant restaurant / bar scene. We stayed in a partial harbour view room and it was exceptionally clean, equipped with everything to make it a comfortable stay (slippers, robes, hair dryer, iron, Nespresso machine etc). The room was cleaned each day and the hotel itself was extremely well presented and clean. There is a restaurant and bar on site as well as an outdoor pool and gym. The only negative was the fact that our room was opposite a service room and the door opened and shut constantly making a bang each time. A soft close door for the service room would make the world of difference! We will stay here again and thought it was good value for money.
