Hyatt Regency Taghazout

We stopped for drinks at the beach club. It was a beautiful place with lovely staff. But there are some starving dogs on the beach here. We had no where to get any food just passing by but these dogs desperately need food. Please if any guests can give the white starving dog some food.

3 out of 4 got sick despite only eating at Hyatt Bed sheets of kids needed changing for reason stated above 8-12 yr old Kids club closed (see picture) Hotel was booked 103% - good luck to the 3% !! Lots of errors on restaurant bills No one explain to us what was included in having a “club” room Shuttle to the village not available to pick us up in the evening Poor conciergerie and reservation team Will go back to Fairmont next year

Great location and view from the rooms but for a high end hotel it needs some a lick of paint. Staff are lovely but they need training, everything took ages to get.

Fine, simply fine. Enjoyable. The sunsets over the sea as the lovely bottle of Eclipse Moroccan White set down the glass and the selection of three complimentary nuts were crunched into the dusk we all felt very relaxed.

Wow, this has been simply amazing. One flaw, but so inconsequential to hardly merit mention, but there’s always room for improvement! My wife and I came here after a few days in n Marrakesh. We came to surf, do some yoga and to relax and the Hyatt experience lived up to our dreams! The cleanliness and tidiness is clearly something that matters here it was flawless. The staff are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. I would also commend the hotel on the number of staff available in all areas to help and serve as needed. The gym is well equipped and maintained. The pool and poolside is always tidy and there are plenty of beds and parasols to be had. This is replicated at the private beach too. The hotel itself is well positioned between two towns that are about a 30 minute stroll along a fairly flat pathway. So the flaw….. they don’t seem to have a vodka martini on their till which means they couldn’t supply this (terribly important?) element of a pre dinner experience. So Hyatt, please address this aspect and you’ve got this absolutely sorted!
