Hyatt Regency Taghazout

Lovely family holiday at the Hyatt bringing in the new year, this was our first time, I must say it’s a beautiful hotel in a great location, the staff were wonderful, especially Maha on reception. A big shout out to Maha for helping return my daughters best that she left in the room after we returned to the uk. We are very grateful for this. I don’t necessarily want to be writing this, but I feel I need to, the breakfast at citron brule was not a good experience with the amount of birds flying around inside and sitting eating food from the buffet, one we had left out food on the table to go and get some drinks, only to come back to the table with birds eating from our plates. For this reason we as a family would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone unless the bird issue was resolved, I’ve actually never seen anything like this before indoors. Surely the management can do something about this? Some other feedback for the hotel regarding travellers on a full board package, should be made aware of which restaurants this includes and which don’t on check in, we were shown all restaurants on the resort for breakfast lunch and dinner included in our full board , then when we were checking out we had a large food bill, only to be told some restaurants were not included, I would recommend a print out of information regarding what is and isn’t unclouded on a full board package for guests checking in, we went to reception on our 2nd day to ask about booking other restaurants and were told to go find an f&b manager from citron brule who would help, only to be told that we fo t need to book, we just turn up and all restaurants included, the staff need to be fully communicated to regarding full board. That being said , we enjoyed our holiday despite a few hiccups ( birds) we would return to Agadir but not to the Hyatt regency

The best hotel with the an amazing team. This is my 5 th tile visiting this property and each time the experience is better than the last one. The team is professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

The kids club was fantastic!meryem far and Yakima were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about the children. There were plenty of fun, age-appropriate activities that kept the kids engaged and happy. My child couldn’t wait to go back each day, which gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommended for families!

I webt with my two Girls deverão times to the Kids Club an they wäre always very happy. There are Lots of toys and the three ladies Meryam fati and Hakima Takes good care of them. imad ringoo is a really nice.

The kids club is absolutely fantastic! The staff are friendly, caring, and very attentive, making sure every child feels safe and included. There are plenty of fun and creative activities that keep the kids engaged and happy all day. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into planning age-appropriate games and learning experiences. My child always comes back smiling and excited to return tahnx you meryem fati and hakima Highly recommended for parents looking for a fun and trustworthy kids club
