Me and my husband stayed for one week at the Hyatt Regency and had a wonderful experience. We found the staff to be very friendly and the amenities extremely comfortable. In particular, the adults-only pool was very relaxing and tranquil — the perfect place to unwind. The food throughout our stay was lovely. At the start of the week, we ordered from the menu included in our half-board package, and everything was delicious. On our final evening, the buffet was open and offered an incredible amount of choice, with high-quality dishes across the board. Our standout contacts were certainly Mounir on reception, who was so friendly and helpful. He truly creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere when you arrive in the foyer. We also found Yazir, our regular waiter for our evening meals, to be exceptionally attentive and kind. Thank you so much to all, for a fantastic and relaxing stay.

Great 4 night stay
Great hotel, lovely staff and wife ranging breakfast. A particular shout out to 'Abdel' (the fitness instructor) who leads the group classes each day. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay! Jason, Kathryn and Lauren (Room 221)..

Known and loved Hyatt experience
Perfect sun soaked winter get away. Surf facilities on walking distance. Friendly staff. Rooms - especially the beds - could use a refresh.

Exceptional experience
I had an amazing time at the hotel and its by far the best here in Tagazhout compared to other like Hilton in terms of service, ambiente and food! I had also a problem with booking with my agency and all the reception staff but exceptionally Mounir handled it with great care and profesionality! Thank you! Definetely coming again!
