Hyatt Regency Taghazout

Overall Good experience but needs improvement on some points to be at the level of a 5 star hotel, with attention to details. Great Location, Food is good, service is overall good. We had a few issues on the first day with our room (Tv Remote not working; room not to the expected standards as booked..etc). The pool is great, the pool bar staff is nice and attentive. Breakfast can be better with staff being more attentive to guests.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is very good and has a great selection. The swimming pools are nice, one being heated which was popular with families. Separate adults only area and cold pool 50 meters away. 30 minutes stroll along the beach path to Taghazout village, felt a surfy vibe mixed with locals. We had a ocean view club room which was very nice and comfortable. Special mention to Sayid and Sulyman in the club room who are a credit to the hotel and provided excellent service . We would return but try to avoid school half term. Mainly French clientele, central London prices for alcohol in bars.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout. The hotel itself is fantastic, very clean and well maintained and the location is perfect with amazing ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff really made the experience even better. Omar, the manager, made sure our room was perfect and that everything was sorted for us. Zakaria looked after us throughout the stay and was always friendly, attentive and helpful. It was also great seeing Fuaad again from the restaurant team as we met him on our previous visit and he was just as welcoming this time. The restaurant was excellent with great food and service and overall the hospitality across the hotel was outstanding. We felt very well looked after and would definitely return in the future.

Friendly staff and beautiful location very relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are nicely appointed with lovely views. Kids area nice and lady at the kids area was very helpful thank you. Wonderful access to beach facilities. The only negative was it was quite difficult being vegan here and labelling of food was very vague compared to other places stayed in Morocco however the staff have been wonderful and gone out of way to assist. However feel like we kept putting them out because of this. Hotel is impeccably clean. Thank you to all staff.

Exceptional service, very clean facilities and fantastic weather. Abdelkabir has been really nice, especially to our son. Whenever we needed something he went the extra mile - thank you!
