Kids club is a joke - looks nothing like the website - is in a dingy room, very uninviting, unfriendly staff (several of whom seemed to be unwell with hacking coughs) Breakfast is totally chaotic - very limited selection of fruits, birds flying around inside and sitting everywhere (including on the breads table) Claims to have a heated pool - well it was barely heated and not really possible to swim esp for children Gym is very poor - limited equipment, no towels, dusty Getting room service is a herculean task - for straters they dont pick up the phone - invarioably end up needing to call reception (which also takes ages) and ask the to get hold of someone in room service we will definitely not be back!

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was beyond our expectations. The location is wonderful and the amenities are great. Above all, the lovely staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional from the beginning till the very end.

Had a very good week at this Hyatt property. The food in all three restaurants was exceptional, service and attention to detail was also exceptional. So much so we will be returning for two weeks in March.

A wonderful 7 night stay in this lovely beachside hotel. Hotel facilities are extremely good (despite refurb work on going at the time) and the breakfast choice was impressive. We experienced the spa and dined at the main restaurant, both were good but as my wife has a rather specific palate, she found the emphasis on fish and seafood in the restaurant a little overbearing. The staff were all eager to please and very guest focused and special mention of Soulaiman, Zineb and Ouafa. A minor criticism was that some small maintenance issues with our room remained unresolved and a very bizarre "hotel policy" of a single chair on a double room balcony took several days and discussions to sort out. The location is superb, about 20 minutes' walk along the coastal path to the village of Taghazout and a short drive into the Atlas foothills and to Paradise Valley. Watching the surfers at nearby Anchor Point was fun and we found the food at the Munga Guesthouse a nice contrast to the hotel.
