Fantastic get away from it all sort of hotel. Real 5 star hotel with luxury touches I don’t often see in Morocco. The rooms are large and spacious, plus even the garden views ones have a pretty view of the mountains. The food is delicious and especially enjoyed the freshly made french toast station at breakfast. The à la carte restaurant was lovely in the evenings as it’s the perfect place to watch the sun set and enjoy some good healthy food. Excellent service, thank you Med there for taking care of our family.

The location is great and the place is clean, but that's about it. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the best. On day one, the hotel tour was very brief, and I didn’t receive enough information. There was only one evening when the service met expectations; afterward, I found myself having to chase the staff for attention, which made it feel like they didn't prioritize providing good service. For instance, my coffee at breakfast came only after I had finished eating, and lunch was similarly frustrating. Dinner was chaotic, and I noticed a lack of attention to detail throughout. As someone who travels a couple of times a year and rarely writes reviews, I feel compelled to warn families about the poor service quality here. I won't be returning.
