Highly Recommend Palais de Chine!
Palais de Chine in Taipei is excellent! Great value for a 5 star hotel! All the employees are professional and provide an exceptional service. Patty L. helped me get information and Ori W. called and made a dinner reservation and a tour booking for a historical landmark. They are so patient and very detail oriented in this research. Best of all, they made it happen! I am so grateful to stay at Palais de Chine to be with expertise in customer service!

A Comfortable Stay with Excellent Help
I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Ren. He helped us arrange a taxi and even made hotspring reservation for us with such sincerity and care, as if he were planning his own trip. Thanks to his kindness, our stay became even more memorable. I believe a five-star hotel is defined not only by its facilities, but by staff members like Ren who genuinely elevate the experience. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Great stay in Taipei
Great hotel, conveniently located next to the train station, friendly staff. Rooms are spacios and cosy. Cyndi is very helpful!

Good options for central Taipei
Hotel is high quality staff very attentive, small issue when we made our booking, but Cyndi in reception was able to resolve it for us. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of western options but a good selection of continental options as well as many asian dishes. Overall very happy with our stay.

Last month, my relatives came to Taiwan and stayed at the Palais de Chine Castle. They didn't know how to use the lighting in the room and even accidentally pressed the emergency call button. I'm very grateful to Mr. Liu for introducing the room and nearby attractions, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see him the next day to thank him in person.
