Amazing stay at the Fairmont! Pristine property and I can’t stop raving about. My stay was nothing short of extraordinary. What truly sets this property apart is not just its stunning beauty, but the exceptional human care behind it. After I had an unfortunate fall, the team went above and beyond in ways I will never forget. A very special thank you to Hafid — truly a customer service extraordinaire! He handled everything with such calm efficiency and genuine compassion. From arranging a doctor and wheelchair immediately, to organizing medical supplies, to coordinating a driver — every detail was managed seamlessly. I felt completely supported and cared for during this very stressful time. The property itself is breathtaking — elegant, serene, and impeccably maintained. And the massage? Absolutely amazing. It was exactly what I needed to relax and recover. It’s rare to find a place where luxury and heart come together so beautifully. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. Thank you to the entire team for turning what could have been a difficult experience into one filled with warmth and grace. I will always remember this stay with deep gratitude. 🌟

Absolute perfection. We wanted a calm rest after a few days of busy travel and could not have received a more perfect stay. Our own private garden was amazing-I highly recommend getting breakfast room service and eating it while listening to the birds! Did a massage and then spent 45 minutes relaxing in the sauna.

Top rate hotel and good food options

One of the wonderful experiences I ever had: luxurious rooms, remarkable hospitality, magnificent views and exquisite food. Everything is perfect. Special regards to the outstanding team behind this enchanting experience. I’m bad with names but I’ll try to remember as many as I can: Kawther and Hayat from reception, Omar from luggage, Amal from house keeping, Chaimea and Hanan from SPA. The rest of the team please accept my apologies for not remembering your names.

Fantastic place... A very calm and peaceful location with fantastic views sitting on the edge of a vibrant and intriguing city. Top notch hotel and ditto service as you can expect from Fairmont. Staff is attentive and discreetly ready to help at any time. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and luxurious. We were very pleased to be upgraded to a room with private garden which I can recommend. If I can give a tip... Breakfast is great quality but can be improved by a bit more choice, this based on previous experience in similar hotels. Anyway... Don't hesitate and treat yourself to an unforgettable experience.
