Fairmont Tazi Palace

We finished our two week Moroccan vacation in Tangier and, after staying in riads in crowded medinas, the Palace was a welcome respite. The hotel is located in an upscale part of town removed from the city center. A cab (easily obtained) was required to get to and from it, but once back from touring we were able to enjoy our palatial room and a glorious view of Tangier from our hillside private balcony. The hotel staff were superb making our stay, though short, special. Given the location, there aren’t a lot of local dining options nearby. But fortunately there are good choices on site. The first night we enjoyed an Iftar buffet in the main dining room. And the second night we had an amazing meal in the hotel’s Iranian restaurant upstairs.

Our stay at The Tazi Palace couldn’t have been more comfortable and pleasurable. Of course the bedroom and bathroom are full of amenities and not too little touches (loved and fully appreciated the flat area in the wardrobe where you can fully open flat a suitcase: 100%) but the main asset of the hotel is the staff: from concierge to reception to restaurants to room service these are absolutely dedicated to offer you the most pleasant stay and they do it wonderfully. This is really a special place and nevertheless is a bit outside Tangier to fully enjoy Medina and Kasbah I will come back here….always!

Wonderful hotel! Amol from house-keeping was just extraordinary in her service delivery. Thè concierges, Omar and another gentleman were exceptional. The breakfast staff were amazing! A shout out to K who made the msimen A warm welcome from Issam, the manager at Pariso. Fantastic service from Aya with refreshing drinks from Hamid. Thank you to you all for making our dinner so special.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Our host Aya was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Spent one evening at the Fairmont hotel before a more business event with the hope of finding a quiet relaxing place and it did not disappoint. The facilities and grounds at the Fairmont are stunning. My bedroom on the 7th floor had a full view of Tangier from a distance and at night you could see a picturesque scene. The hotel is serene and the service is great. The major highlight was the Spa Experience. Had a 60 minutes massage with Fatima and it was 10/10. The receptionist at the SPA, Chaimae greeted me warmly when I came in and throughout my time made me feel very much at home. Her professionalism and genuine care exudes.
