Sabah’s House, a luxurious and stylish Riad Boutique is the only 5* hotel set in the heart of Tangier’s exotic Kasbah. Exceptional and Memorable
We loved the Saba’s House. Everything about it was truly exceptional. The warmth of the staff, the rooftop, the artwork, the breakfast, cocktails, and more made the stay memorable. Their goal is to make guests feel at home.

the rooftop was everything
We booked this hotel quickly without much research and thankfully the rooftop made it all worth it. It felt very much like B&B as I believe there are only 8 or 10 rooms here. Our room looked out into the lobby - which was weird but, I've experienced that before in a few other hotels and it did not bother me though it was a surprise to us. That being said, once you learn you are in a city of riads, you understand why this is the case as this in fact was someone's home and not a hotel. Breakfast was EXPERTLY prepared. The knifework on the fruit was artfully done as well was the cooking of the eggs ordered. This place is right at the top of the medina. It can be a little difficult to get to if your driver is not familiar with the area - so make it a point to call in advance and make sure someone meets you to bring you there from where the car can go no further. The location was very convenient for all local attractions and we really liked that the rooftop had indoor & outdoor areas which could be used all day and night. My only critique was that the Wifi was awful, i could barely stay connected with my laptop and neither could the TV in the room as well as any of the streaming apps we wanted to use. Had we stayed longer I would have mentioned it but we were in & out. I didn't love the choice of their shower hardware either but we managed and it did the job.

Top location and service
Top location and service. Jawad supported on everything including an awesome breakfast on the terrace with amazing view. Moreover the lady owner gave good tips for what to see in Tangier. Very clean room and bathroom. I’ll definitely come back.

Comfortable stay in Tangier
Wonderful stay. Kind, helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast on the roof. Room was smallish, but well appointed and very clean.
